Worse experience ever
Worse experience ever. I will not suggest anyone to go ahead with their services. Only playing with people's time and money. Gave me wrong timing tickets and said now pay us $700 to change the timing. I regret choosing orient vacations services.

Alfred Jones was very helpful from from the beginning of the call up to the time the tickets & seating were finalized. Booking on line is scary sometimes due to scams but Alfred was helpful & honest.
Alfred Jones was very helpful from the time he answered the phone to until our tickets and seats were finalized. This excellent service was received even though their prices were extremely competitive. I must admit that was the most comforting & surprising part of the experience.

Very strange experience (confirmed booking but unable to allocate seat)
Very strange experience from this website. Found preferred flights, made payment, received confirmation email from Orientvacation. Seemed like everything went well and flight tickets are confirmed. Within 1 hour got a callback from them, the agent said he cannot allocate seat for me on the return flight. I find it strange as if a seat isn't available then how come I was able to booked flights?
The agent suggested either change flights or get a refund. I requested to get a refund. He said he knows it's stressful situation and he will raise request and once it's approved, it will take some hours 3-5 hours to get refund in my bank.
Over 15 hours, still waiting for refund. I rang them and asked about the refund. I got informed that the refund went through from their system. Now I have to call my bank. I rang my bank and they told me, the payment is pending from Orientvacations and they can't do anything until the payment is verified.
One thing I know that I won't use Orientvacations and won't recommend to anyone either.
