Finally!!! A therapist that can help us vs turn every topic into a confrontation. Could not be happier or more grateful for Galit and all the ways she has helped my wife and I.

If you are looking for counseling and your’re apprehensive about doing it virtually, please don’t be!! Our experience with Our Ritual has been nothing but positive and wonderful. The app is informative and very easy to use and we love our counselor.

Timely app and experience.

The app is really informative and the therapists are really intelligent. Each session is curated to focus on what we want and need. I love all the types of therapy information we get like videos, journals, live, and audio. I highly recommend.

This service is super easy to use. The homework is short and digestible. Our relationship coach was able to meet with us at a lot of different times. It’s improved my partner and I understanding of each other.

we loved working with Isabel and made great strides in our relationship - we need a bit of a break from the work to avoid burnout but will likely comeback to Ritual in the future to do more

The best part of my OurRitual experience was the relaxed nature of it all. There is no pressure to have something to say or to say the right thing during the couples and individual sessions. It is truly your time to do what you wish with. My therapist, Tricia B, is phenomenal at what she does. She is patient and understanding and able to handle whatever I came into the session with. She had lots of different ideas and things to try for our specific situation.

To say that my experience with Our Ritual has been life-changing is not an exaggeration.

For background context, I am someone who, coming into couple's therapy, was in-experienced with the process of therapy/counseling and skeptical about it's usefulness. However, around six months ago my partner and I decided to move in together and decided that it was a good idea to try out the process.

While at first the process began with some tension on my part, the format that Our Ritual uses with it's modular content is both easy to digest and full of useful information that keeps me thinking throughout the week about our ongoing lessons and how they impacted both me and my relationship. On top of that, the counselor we were matched with was an amazing fit for my partner and I, and Trishna has continued to create meaningful change in our life throughout our journey.

That isn't to say this has been the easiest process, if that were the case then it would probably not be such a real and meaningful one. But it has been an adventure that has re-framed how I approach both my relationship with my partner and myself. I look forward to continuing with Our Ritual and Trishna, and can't recommend both highly enough for others who are seeking assistance and insight into their relationships.

Our relationship expert (Trishna!) has been phenomenal! She does a great job of hearing our needs and balancing them in sessions. The content is also helpful to be working towards a common goal together through the app. The app is still in development so it can have some issues at times, but their customer service is responsive.

Our counselor Roni is great, very knowledgeable and identifies main issue that are important to yourself or as a couple, I love her direct approach towards our issues. I can say is very different from couples therapy, the tools in the app help tremendously, this is money well spent for your mental and emotional wellbeing and all is accessible through the app.

Mandy has been wonderful to work with - whether she knows it or not, she’s helped our relationship immensely and gotten us through a rough patch. We’re so grateful for her & what she’s done for us!
