Good easy to use app, keeps you accountable

The online courses are helpful in conjunction with a real world therapist. The courses go over key issues that we can then discuss.

My husband and I had heard about OurRitual from a friend and thought why not try it out. We were doing good in our relationship but about a month prior I started to get consumed with negative or shameful thoughts and our relationship expert Julieta helped us work through that difficult time. I feel like we now have a better understanding of each other, why and how we may react certain ways, and are just closer than we’ve ever been (and we were already very close lol).

Beck has been the best thing for our relationship, she challenges us to see each other and grow together and we have come out the other side far better than we ever thought possible in our situation. She has been our cheerleader for the highs and best advice for the lows. We couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone.

We have quite a bit of knowledge regarding marriage after being married 30-years and even helping others in their marriages but when we got stuck in negative cycles we reached out for help and have been impressed with everything we’ve experienced so far…we are making good progress and are so much more hopeful.

Our Ritual helped to save our marriage. Our 13 year marriage was on the rocks. I had even consulted a divorce attorney and it seemed inevitable. But fortunately, we decided to try therapy and particularly we were attracted to use Our Ritual. Our therapist Jennifer is absolutely amazing, and it has helped us do the hard work to save our marriage. I’m so grateful for Our Ritual. I absolutely recommend it.

We only had 3 sessions, but even that short time made a big difference. I really like this platform. Definitely check it out if you are struggling in any way in your relationship

This has really helped us re connect and learn to communicate better than ever

I have just started with Our Ritual. I was matched with a great therapist that really listens and helps me understand why I have the emotions I have and how to make them more positive.

My spouse and I were on the rocks when we met Florencia. She became a balm in our lives providing calm during the storm, peace in an ocean of pain, and understanding while we faced chaos.
We thought we knew everything about each other and believed separation was the logical step, as there was nothing left to discover.
Flo taught us the importance of becoming a true team as partners: agreeing to disagree instead of trying to prove who was right or wrong, and creating new agreements together.
We worked with her for a year and a half. We recently completed our process with her, and we will forever be in her debt. An outstanding professional. She saved our relationship and the family we fought to keep together.

Kathleen is a very good therapist and has a keen eye. I have appreciated her input along the way very much!

The therapy has been incredible and the app makes it super easy to book sessions, find useful videos and keep track of how the progress is going. Would really recommend the app to anyone looking to strengthen their relationship and learn more about their own behaviour patterns.

I love the pathways and our sessions with Daya have been fabulous. She has really helped us along the way, we would not have made this much progress without her.
The app could use a little work.

This process has been a great learning experience for my husband and I. The content is superb and our coach is very knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

My honest review is 4.5- I enjoy our therapist and the insights he provides to my partner and I. Through his help and our own work, we have gone from polar opposite in how to repair our relationship, to giving it another try. The app helps a lot with engaging both parties too.
My only issue is when you have an error in payment, it messes up the whole account and I nearly quit the whole app all together due to frustrations.

From the very beginning, OurRitual demonstrated incompetence and indifference. We specifically requested a bilingual counselor. Instead, we were left waiting nearly three weeks with no communication, only to be assigned someone who was not bilingual.
There was zero guidance on how to even begin services. Only after confusion did the counselor casually mention she “usually prefers couples book separately.” That would have been helpful information before we were left guessing. Clients should not be left completely in the dark when paying for a structured service.
But the most absurd part came after our first appointment—when we were suddenly told they could not take us as clients at all. No warning. No explanation. Just this meaningless, copy-and-paste response:
“After a careful evaluation, we’ve determined that OurRitual is not the right fit…”
That explanation tells the client absolutely nothing. It offers no clarity, no accountability, and no justification after time and money had already been taken.
Speaking of money: we paid over $200 for four weeks of services. After refusing to provide the services, they informed us only that they had “taken steps to ensure we would not be billed again.”
No mention of a refund. No acknowledgment that they had already taken payment for services they were now refusing to provide.
Only after pushing back were we told, “We will see what refund you are due.”
Why would it be anything other than the full amount? They declined to provide the service. The initial session achieved nothing toward our stated objective, and their own decision terminated the relationship.
Requests for clarification were then ignored entirely. No responses. No professionalism. No accountability.
This company wasted our time, mishandled our care, kept our money, and then disappeared.
Stay as far away from OurRitual as possible

My experience has been amazing so far!
