Robert was attentive, kind, and highly professional.
He listened to my request for booking the cruise, and followed through for all appropriate choices, dates, etc. A couple of calls, and booking taken online.
The booking is for 4 persons, and I highly recommend

She was very patient and being very informative throughout the whole process, and I do not feel being push to commit the booking after many rounds of questions. She also have done excellent post sale support, further giving tips for the trip and handling some of the account naming info corrections. thx.

Georgia Redmond was absolutely first class. I set her a very difficult itinerary and together with a little assistance she managed to come up with the task that most travel agents said was impossible to fulfill. Panache also arranged it at a price that saved a considerable amount.
From Germany to Svalbard in a scientific cruise ship, and then to return by sea to the Norwegian mainland. Most visitors then fly that part of the journey but, for environmental reasons I wished to go by sea.
My argument is if the ice is retracting at an enormous rate why fly and exacerbate the problem?
Panache helped to solve this problem. The remainder of my journey over 6 weeks will be by rail which they will also help with.

Lisa was brilliant - coping admirably with my changes of mind. She had just the right balance of checking in with me (whilst I was ‘thinking’) but not constantly chasing and pushing for a booking. She seems genuinely knowledgeable, answered all my questions swiftly and spent the time helping me choose a cabin.

We have been dealing with Wendy Mulholland at Panache cruises. We have never been on a cruise before but wanted to book to go to the Artic. Wendy made the whole process of booking very straightforward. No question was too much trouble to answer. We have just booked our first cruise with Panache cruises and are very impressed with the knowledge Elitsa, Karen,Sharon Helen, Charlyne and the other representatives we have spoken with regarding all the questions from the actual trip and destination to the cabin options and possible options to choose which cabins are available and our flight options.
The booking process has been very easy and we have been kept informed and received all the confirmation in a suitable time.
