Bad packaging/ broken toy
one of the toys was broken and had to be thrown away. They were packaged in a bag with bubble wrap on the outside but that did not stop the toys from clashing together

This particular toy is shipped in a box, so it is beyond me why it would arrive in a bag.

Couldn’t fault the service
Website is easy to navigate, very competitively priced and items arrived quickly in perfect condition. The little trial sample of seed was very much enjoyed by my cockatiel as he patiently waited for his new bath to be installed.

If I could give them a 6th star I would for their customer service alone.
The website is super easy to use because you can browse by bird so I don't have to wade through a thousand cockatiel toys to find toys for my macaw. Orders are prompt and if there's a problem they sort it immediately, they have a great selection and fair prices.
They've made a loyal customer out of me.
