Just renewed my passport, and my husbands, and I've got to say what a brilliant service we received. Really impressed with the quick turn around and how we were informed every step of thw way. Can't praise the staff enough. Well done from us.

Just experienced brilliant service from the Passport Office on renewing my passport. The whole process was sorted within one week and they sent me clear communication throughout on what was happening. Very impressed.

I purposely decided to renew my passport in the new year as I thought the office would be a lot busier nearer Easter and the summer holidays. I certainly didn’t expect the whole process to be so easy and so fast. They keep you informed every step of the way so that you know what’s going on and the whole thing took exactly one week from the office receiving my application to receiving my new passport. I was totally overwhelmed! Well done and keep up the great work.

Applied for a new passport having reverted to my maiden name. This was the first official document I had applied for in my new name. The supporting documents required were difficult to obtain as many companies wanted an official document as proof of my name change. However the passport service were extremely supportive. They called me within a few days of receiving the documents and talked through what else they needed. The texts were very prompt confirming receipt of documents. When the application was finally approved I received my passport within 2 working days. Super efficient service.

Efficient and seamless service. Applied on line for a renewal passport, posted my old one the following day via the post office. Was kept up to date daily by the passport office via email and text from Royal Mail re delivery. Whole process took only one week. Well done Passport Office.

Applied for a passport renewal via the online system on Monday evening, the passport arrived Friday lunch time!
What a great service, added to that I was kept up to date via text messages at various stages. Would have given 5 🌟 if it wasn’t so expensive 😀

Excellent online service for my passport renewal. Applied on line, sent my old passport the following day, my new passport and my old one arrived 4 days later. Each day I had an update of the process and when it would be sent back to me.

I used the Post Office check and send service to renew my passport. I found the extra cost well worth it - no tedious form filling - and received my new passport in one week! There were updates from the Passport Office throughout the process. Excellent service - thank you.

I ordered my new passport on December 20th, needing it for a Jan 30th holiday and thinking with Xmas the suggested 3 week timeframe might be longer4-5 weeks…

Nope, it arrived on the 27th! WoW - just one week (I paid for standard not expedited)

The process was unbelievably quick and simple.

Impeccable service, from application to delivery to home address. Excellent information on progress throughout. It took less than two weeks from start to finish and that includes the time the post took to deliver my documents.

I went to the passport office near custom station to renew my child passport, I give credit to the supervisor who was totally nice and professional, however, the staff was unnecessary rude, and frowning, I was shout at, made little and surrounded by security just for asking simple question, I will never go there again.

My daughter applied for a passport for my grandson in October. We have been asked to send his birth certificate, his grandparents marriage certificates, his parents marriage and birth certificates. All of these have been sent by recorded delivery at different times when asked for, costing a fortune. Unbelievably my daughter has had a email stating that they have moved house since the application, and can she send a utility bill for proof of address. They have lived in the same house for 11 years and still live there. Somehow the passport office has mixed up my son in laws parents address with their address which is 140 miles away. My daughter and son in law spoke to a passport advisor on Friday and explained all this and the advisor told them not to worry obviously a mistake has been made and it will be rectified. Would you believe she had the same email today asking for proof of address. My grandson is going on a school trip abroad after Christmas and will need his passport.

Couldn't be Simpler to renew online and upload a digital photo. Both passports returned within 7 days. Excellent service and a big thank you to the team.

Super impressed with the passport renewal service. Online code to link photo from snappy snaps and then 4 days from start to finish to receive my new passport using the standard service. The form was easy and quick to complete and I received informative texts with status updates at every stage. Couldn't be better , only wish it was a red EU one and not blue.

Expensive but very efficient.

This was an online renewal. Web site was clear and easy to use. Took three attempts to get my photo accepted - but they explained why they didn't like first two - so fair enough.

7 working days with almost daily updates was perfect.

1. Confirmation of application & payment
2. Reminder to post back the old passport
3. Confirmation of receipt
4. Notice that everything was OK / approved
5. Being Printed
6. Being posted and next day delivery from Post Office

I love to complain but the service from the Passport office was unexpectedly "Amazon-like" - and I've had slower Amazon deliveries!
