Utterly stupid prescription rules
Gave them a prescription which the vet had put a validity of 12 months, they have an arbitrary rule which means that the prescription is only valid for 6 months. Utterly stupid, if the literal prescribing doctor says that it's valid for a certain amount of time, who are some little jobsworth behind a desk to say no? ridiculous, cancelling my order, will never order from them again

Good prices but sent my dogs prescription via special delivery on Friday and his meds still haven’t arrived. Spending over £60 on meds and they give you a poor delivery service unless you pay them yet MORE money.
