Just got back from a fabulous Tokyo stay and cruise around Japan on Diamond Princess.
Great organisation from Planet cruise- all transfers ran smoothly and included excursions were excellent. Great communication from them with holiday information pre trip.
We were lucky enough to have a beautiful clear day to see the fabulous Mount Fuji and timed the cherry blossom to perfection.
We have used Planet Cruise many times and will continue to do so.

Booking agents are always very helpful from booking cruise to giving room recommendation's. Always polite and answer all questions.

My husband died last year after we had booked a dream cruise to Asia. I requested to change the cruise to a solo experience closer to home and Berni negotiated on my behalf and got me a great deal. She was friendly, sympathetic and adopted just the right tone to make me feel comfortable and valued. She answered emails promptly and managed all my questions.

Just made a website booking for a cruise in 2028. everything seemed to go ok until I received a message that the deposit couldn`t be taken. It said at my end it was pending, but when they tried to take it, they couldn`t. Had a couple of emails going backwards and forwards between me and representative of Planet Cruise called Ian Young, and between us, we got the problem resolved. Ian provided great customer service and was extremely polite and helpful. He called me even though he had finished work for the day as I am currently out of the country on a completely different. time zone

Advisor communicated well, sorted all the details and made the whole process seamless and at a good price
