The advisor Samantha was very helpful and professional, she provided good information by email, kept me un to date with changes. Excellent customer service
Excellent service from Planet Cruise, as ever. Have been booking via them for 8 years. This time I left them to pick our cabin, I would never have chosen the cabin planet cruise booked for us, but they called me back and sorted it out, changing us to a different cabin.
