Package is more than 17 day's late, I called 3 times, their own staff failed to contact their drivers.

I Ordered a package that was supposed to arrive on 29th May. It is now 15th June. The package came from China to NZ in 3 days, made it to the Manakau Branch in 1 day, and has now been sitting there for 17 days. I am yet to receive the package and have lost hope at this point.

I have called them 3 times now, each time I have been told that the page has been escalated to high priority and will be delivered within 48hrs. I have been calling every 48hrs to ask once again why my package is still not here.

So they have failed to even attempt to deliver the package more 4 times now (today being their 4th promised and failed delivery date) whilst the package is apparently on high priority.

I don't know what else I can do, but I will be avoiding this company from now on, if I possibly can, cause this has been and still is a nightmare.

After reviewing the matter, we understand there were difficulties completing the delivery due to an incorrect address. The business name we received didn't match any of the stores at the delivery address, so our team couldn't identify the correct recipient and complete the delivery.

We appreciate that this has been a frustrating experience, particularly after multiple follow-ups and expectations that the parcel would be delivered within specific timeframes. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and for not communicating the situation more clearly.

Somewhat unreliable and slow, but good recovery

Complete re-write of this review to update with new information.

The initial processing was a little slow (took two working days between the two points, where NZ Post or Aramex are typically overnight for the same route), and then the driver somehow delivered the parcel to the wrong side of the suburb.

Fortunately, after a call to customer service of the local depot, the parcel was recovered and re-delivered the following day.

Horrible customer service and online tracking not working

Ordered through Oodie twice and they deliver using Post Haste, Post Haste had horrible customer service after trying to find out where my parcel is, the lady who answered my call was so impatient and rude over the phone, could hear her slam the phone down after saying bye. Would have saved a call if the bloody website works to show tracking! - Looking at the recent reviews, it seems some customer service investigation needs to take place urgently!

Pretty shit service

Pretty shit service. Especially to be told im in a rural area when im not if a main road in Auckland is considered rural id hate to think what a farm area is considered . Just as useless as Aramex.do not recomend this company at all

Crap drivers

Would actually help if they had competent drivers, has a muppet block a narrow road while delivering a package there was heaps of room to get off the road but he decided to stop in the middle rego HARY07

Disgusting traumatizing experience

absolutely disgusting and dishonest company,THE POSTEHASTE COURIER DRIVER HAS BROKEN PROTOCOL AND CANT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING DELIVERY OF A PAKAGE REQUIRING SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY,HAS NOT ADHERED TO INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PAKAGE WHICH IS VERY SIMPLE TO READ UNLESS THIS CHAP IS ILLETERATE AND CANT READ,PLEASE PRES 104 THEN # ON THE INTERCOM SYSTEM
IM MISSING A VERY EXPENSIVE PACKAGE LOST OR STOLEN.THE COURIER DRIVER HAS BLATANTLY LIED ON HIS PROOF OF DELIVERY STATING RECEIVED BY ME..POSTEHASTE YOU NEED TO STOP TAKING PHOTOS AND START USING A MACHINE TO OBTAIN SIGNATURE AS THIS COMPANY POSTEHASTE IS LOSING PACKAGES AND BLATANTLY LYING THAT THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE PACKAGE STATING PROOF OF DELIVERY RECEIVED BY CONSIGNEE

I recently had an outstanding…

I recently had an outstanding experience with Post Haste and felt it deserved a mention. My parcel arrived from overseas and was delivered to my rural address within just 3 days of reaching the country — even with a public holiday in between, which was incredibly impressive.
The tracking was spot on from start to finish. I always knew exactly where my parcel was throughout its journey, which gave me real peace of mind.
Fast, reliable, and transparent service — I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
Please note Post Haste Manukau and North Harbour branches handled my delivery.

What an absolute joke.

Absolutely appalled by the snail-pace service I have received from Posthaste. I have been waiting for an urgent package which has literally been sitting a short drive away with the local drop-off courier for DAYS. I have called and emailed them multiple times, and all I get is "it will be delivered today" and after that, crickets. Don't EVER use this company.

Reliably unreliable

Reliably unreliable. A consistent very low standard of service. No follow through from the office staff following queries as to where my parcels are.
Obviously the company doesn’t read the reviews as the service has not improved.

Post Haste more like No Haste

CONSTANTLY I receive 'Out For Delivery' notifications for parcels of International origin, but hopeless Post Haste fail to deliver those parcels until the NEXT DAY!!
NZ Couriers hand parcels they are supposed to deliver over to Post Haste for delivery, and Post Haste scan them into a van... but then take the parcel back to the depot undelivered at the end of day one. Then on day two they repeat the process and finally get around to delivering the parcel a day later than they were supposed to!
The sooner NZ Couriers & Post Haste go out of business the better!

Can't get through to customer support

Booked a parcel via passtheparcel which is owned or run by post haste. Two business days later its still waiting pickup at the front door.
Decided to ring ptp customer support , got disconnected or hung up on after waiting 7 minutes . Tried another two times, same thing. Left it a few hrs Tried again, then Tried postehaste sth auckland depot...exactly same pattern.. same two music soundtracks followed by a beep and disconnect. 7 -9 minutes each time.
How are we supposed to get customer support when no one will answer the phone. I just want to know when my parcel, booked several days ago will be picked up.
So frustrating

If I could give half a star I would

If I could give half a star I would. There are alot of people out there who help themselves by taking other people's packages, but courier drivers just doesn't care, they just drop it at the gate where anyone can get access to it and leave. We pay money for the packages and in some cases its things we need which we dont find in the shops. Im very disappointed in the service I got today.

Worthless, do not use

Worthless, left an expensive parcel in the letterbox where it was seen and stolen. They ought to have gone up the drive way and left the parcel by the door.

They stole my parcel then told me they…

They stole my parcel then told me they cant do anything about it. Ive just made a police report. Not taking this, you cant see something nice and make it go missing. Was at relief drivers place on gps and they did nothing.

BOYCOTT Post haste

You need to check Police Clearance & visa status for all drivers . This is trust issue, Reliability issue & morality issues with your contractors & staff. Aaron Have you ever try to find it out about this ? I am happy to provide PHCTracking number for your reference once you respond to my complaint. I am preparing to take you to Court once i collecting enough evidence. This is New Zealand , please don't spread dishonesty through your contractors in this country. God bless New Zealand.

I refer to my review published yesterday. Post Haste replied, claiming that there were no delivery instructions on the mailing label. Nothing could be further from the truth. The instructions appear on the line just below the address block, just below 'Hawera.' The instructions, clearly indicated, read: 'Courier: ATL - please leave on glass table in conservatory.' I have a photograph of the mailing label if Post Haste wishes to see it. I'm not big on meaningless apologies, but something needs to be offered for lazy, incompetent, unacceptable service - and this is not the first or even third time.
