Their FAQ page promotes overnight…

Their FAQ page promotes overnight delivery for locations on the same island. Hamilton and Auckland are both in the North Island, so this should apply. However, delivery took longer than one day, and their own staff have confirmed that overnight delivery isn't actually achievable.

DONT USE ARAMEX

Everytime I have a parcel come via Aramex it stays onboard til I complain, once it was 2 weeks! Their response is always you can always pick up from the depo but that's not why I pay for shipping.my recent parcel has been onboard for 3 days and counting.not good enough.

I was waiting the whole day on my day…

I was waiting the whole day on my day off. First it was to be delivered on 6 and then 7th July. The delivery driver did not even try to open the door. There was heaps of space and I was just behind the door. They just put a note and vanished. I paid $60 for delivery from a decksmith desk. And not they want me to pick up the parcel. There was a reason I choose delivery. Never buying from any websites which deliver by Aramex.

I would of given a negative number if…

I would of given a negative number if it was available. I received notification that they had delivered 6 out of 7 parcels to me this morning so I went to retrieve them and they weren't there, then about a hour and a half later another notification of delivery that one was actually there. Plus I tried all morning to call them and kept getting hung up on, i will never use them again if I can help it.

Update: I tried to fill in there form and it kicked me out of the page and now says I don't have permission to use it.

Waiting at home for delivery

Waiting at home for delivery, driver never rang gate bell and just left the card to call. I was home and the gate bell also pings on phone app. When ring Aramex they just say can collect from depot (which is miles away) or await new delivery. No comfort in that as the driver does not ring the bell - so frustrated with them. It happens all the time with Aramex - they are useless!!

If I could score a zero

If I could score a zero, I would! I read all the reviews here and Aramex apologises, but it does not appear that there is any improvement in the service.
I missed a delivery on Monday, as i was not expecting a delivery on Monday. By the time I received the email informing me of the delivery, I was already out for the day. I used the instructions on the calling card to reschedule a delivery for today. When I did nor hear anything, I called the "Customer care" number, which led to more frustration and no answers. Soon after my call to "Customer Care", I received a notification from the supplier saying there was a problem with my delivery and the parcel has been returned to sender. What happened here!?
I don't want an apology, I want answers!
Every time Aramex has to deliver to me there is some drama. I have not had a single delivery by them that has gone smoothly.
As someone else said, I will mot be buying from suppliers that uses Aramex as their courier. Too much unnecessary stress.

UPDATE
It is a poor show from Aramex to respond with a request to complete their form. I have already done that and even so did mot get a response.

Worst courier company

This is the worst courier company in my area. Twice the driver has delivered my parcels to the incorrect address which is an inaccessible holiday home rarely occupied. Clearly the courier driver can’t read.

Beware, lost or stolen with Aramex

I always request to ship with a different company, aramex packages neither never arrive or are stolen, especially in the Philippines. Worst delivery service in the world. Beware

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not use these guys terrible customer service! I do understand they are just human but come on my package is over a week late and they can’t tell me where it is they just keep saying “just wait 2-3 business days”. Will avoid using online shops that use Aramex. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Delivery delays

Took them two attempts to deliver my package, first attempt didn't deliver because it was too close to home time for the driver second time when it was delivered left by mail box which is visible from the street and 20 metres away from my house. Worst delivery company

Worst courier service by far.

Worst courier service by far.

Every single time, the package is "Onboard with courier" for days, then they say they couldn't deliver (for no reason), they take days to reattempt, and the process just starts over.

I won't shop anywhere that I know uses aramex, but occasionally a sender uses them although I've asked them not to.

They will leave your delivery with…literally anyone

They will leave your delivery with anyone on the street if its outside of your trading hours, send you a random photo of where they left it...then you have to hunt it down somehow.

Terrible service

Terrible service!

They have one job and even that I had to do for them…. They have deliver my parcel to the correct number house but wrong street… I suppose reading is a privilege nowadays. I don’t understand how are they still going on…
I have even called them and they said that they will pick up the parcel and redeliver… 2 days past no attempt of picking the parcel up…

Why can't there be a minus star rating

Why can't there be a minus zero option haven't recieved parcel in over a week called three times first time I was promised it would be "GUARANTEED" to be delivered today, so I waited nothing arrived by 1:20PM I called again I asked kindly where my package gave over my adress, she told me "yes is arriving abruptly" then said "thanks bye" and hung up, by 3:00 I called again this time I'm starting to get pissed, an Indian man answers, again I give over info about where its being delivered all fine until he says its coming the next day cause the drivers are stressed, I said to them this is why you're the most hated postal service in the country, then I knew he was getting pissed after a 5 min argument with them about why they suck ass at postal service, anyway after he whined to me about how stressful his life is i was still wondering where my damn package is, for future reference guys avoid Aramex at all costs they lie and whine at receivers when you call them on there bulletin still haven't recieved it

Never received my package 😠

Never received my package even with an authority to leave, no call card so I had to go to nearest depot to find and collect. Staff at the Masteron depot were lovely so sorta deflated my already annoyed mood for the inconvenience. They had difficulty trying to find it within their depot but eventually located it. No explanation as to why it wasnt delivered. Not good service wouldnt recommend

Worst company ever.Driver does not…

Worst company ever.Driver does not follow delivery instructions and dumps parcels where they get nicked. Fails to let people at property know there is a parcel

5 Stars totally earned

I just received a parcel from Aramex today. Absolutely impressed with their excellent service. First time I have had a courier ring my doorbell, personally hand me the parcel and addressed me with my name. Parcel was no signature. I have previously had bad experiences with Aramex but now they are at the top of my list for courier companies. Best aspect was ringing my door bell so easy to do and lets me know straight away I have a parcel. Thank you

Multiple parcels delivered to my…

Multiple parcels delivered to my address that are for another address down the road. Made a complaint and the girl who emailed me could not understand a simple sentence and kept sending me images from google maps of random addresses. Then I never heard from her again.

DO NOT use under any circumstances.
