Spamming attack after placing the order
Ordered on October 14th, immediately gotten an e-mail that I supposedly forgot to add pillow cases on my order which I found pretty odd...because I didn't forget that. If I wanted to add pillow cases I would have added them but I didn't add them because I didn't want them.
Same day I got another e-mail telling me they offered me a discount.
October 15th they sent an e-mail with the shipping information and a tracking number telling me it was sent out. The same day another e-mail saying my discount would expire soon.
October 16th they sent me an information about the shipping that it might take longer due to covid19 etc.
October 29th they sent me another e-mail with a one time offer for halloween I don't need since I just want to get that pillow I ordered, nothing more.
October 30th I get an e-mail telling me it was the last call to claim that one time offer.
I want to unsubscribe to this e-mail-spam-madness but it says unsubscribing will also prevent me from getting important information about my ordering...
Also October 30th I get another e-mail telling me my order is on the way but it will take longer than usual due to covid19.
November 1st I get an e-mail telling me about a special employee discount.
November 2nd they sent me an e-mail telling me they where sorry they accidentally sent that e-mail with the employee discount to me and they would make up with a special discount...
I think to myself, do they really think their customers are THAT stupid? And my suspicions of having been scammed grow stronger.
November 5th they again send me an e-mail telling me they accidentally sent that e-mail with the employee discount to me and would make up for it by giving me a special discount.
November 6th an e-mail with the title "You can thank me later" in my inbox with the same content as the one on November 5th.
I'm losing my nerves because my inbox fills up with useless crappy e-mails and no pillow has been delivered so far. So I answer the e-mail telling them to just send me what I ordered and leave me alone but their answer is the same...the pillow was sent out and in transit and it would take more time due to covid19.
November 8th another e-mail arrives offering me a discount.
November 10th I get an e-mail with the title "Have you missed my email Sarah?"
I am losing my nerves again and answer to the guy who did answer my last e-mail and tell him I will believe only when I finally get what I ordered and I would appreciate them to stop sending me those e-mails. I also let them know I felt scammed. The answer was pretty standard and not very helpful.
November 11th I get another e-mail offering me a discount.
November 12th I get an e-mail that if I follow them on instagram I might win a $200 gift card.
November 13th I get an e-mail telling me they had difficulties to deliver to my country but they would make up with a special discount.
EDIT: The pillow arrived today so it's no fraud. But the spamming attack was still annoying and nothing I appreciate when I simply order a pillow. I did not consciously sign up for a newsletter but even if I did there are three things the marketing strategist of this company should maybe learn:
1. Calling those e-mails Newsletter is pretty disingenuous. If you pretend to accidentally have sent an employee special offer to me and then to go well but we will give you a special discount to make up for it is an insult to my intellect! So is the "You forgot to add your pillowcases"...I don't know who falls for this...
2. A "newsletter" every other day or at times twice a day is overdoing it big time. That appears pretty desperate and won't build trust.
3. Give the people a REAL option to unsubscribe to the "newsletter"! Because this sure ain't: "Unsubscribing will also exclude you from receiving (shipping) updates about your previous or future orders, so we strongly recommend that you stay subscribed."
And no I won't provide ProSleepy with more information on my order because I think writing them twice should actually have been sufficient to solve the issue! If they are only willing to truly solve issues when people go public they should rethink their customer service.
PS. ProSleepy reported my review for not being genuine. I truly intended to write a review on the pillow itself later this month. But I won't now.

I love the neck pillow I received and…
I love the neck pillow I received and has definitely helped with that tension in my neck! The knee pillow was also a great purchase and I’ve noticed my back doesn’t hurt as much when I sleep on my side. Overall I highly recommend this product!

Have had neck problems for years

Huge neck relief!
Sceptical as I was, having spent a fortune on pillows, I liked the concept of the ProSleep Pillow, hence I went ahead and ordered one. It was very reasonably priced so that encouraged me to continue with my order.
When it bounced out of the packaging I was amazed at the way it settled into the correct position and shape promised. Having suffered years of a chronic neck pain, I can honestly say I have notice a huge improvement in my sleep and feel the ProSleepy pillow has made an enormous difference. Thank You!!

Company practices bordering fraud
Update: Prosleepy reported this review as false, but after submitting my wealth of emails and order info to Trustpilot proving my experience, I am left with the same thought in how underhanded the company is. If you look at each and every negative review, Prosleepy has falsely tried to bury them in the hopes that customers won't see their true dealings.
Since zero stars was not an option, I was left with the default one star. I ordered the prosleepy pillow in mid September, and after waiting two weeks without any shipment, I contacted customer service to cancel the order. At the time I sent the email the order had not been processed and shipped yet, but the time length of prosleepy customer service to get back to me was nearly a week, by which time the order had been sent. I kept contacting customer service to cancel my order and refund me in full, and each time they replied it was at least 5 business day delay for each response. Finally upon getting the return address for the package to be sent back to, the shipping cost was close to 50% of the original purchase price. As an active duty military member, I understand completely the need for timely responses, and my multiple attempts to cancel the order were completely unheard as the company had an unheard of delay time in tach response. Guaranteeing a full refund and then charging the customer half the amount for return shipping is close to outright fraud, and I have never yet had such a miserable experience with a company.

Does what it promises!
Does what it promises! I really felt a difference between before and after. I always used to have some kind of tension in my neck, waking up in the morning with a discomfort. Since I have the Prosllepy pillow all of that is gone! Really enjoy it.

This pillow is exactly what I needed…
This pillow is exactly what I needed for my neck, shoulder and upper back pain. I use it most nights, but when I don't I can definitely feel the difference the next day. So, I keep using it to keep the pain at bay!
It may not look comfortable for side sleepers, but it really is. It holds your head and neck and just the right angle. I get much better sleep on both sides and back and my pain doesn't flare up at all during the day.

Saw this ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try, due to COVID it took a little longer to arrive but that was ok, as received emails which informed me of the possibility.
The pillow was smaller than I anticipated but that did not affect the sleep. I have had the pillow for a few weeks now and consider that my sleep has improved.

Unacceptable customer experience, failure to refund, no items delivered
Two weeks of infuriatingly incompetent customer non-service, no product, and I've had to escalate to my bank and to PayPal to try to recoup my money.
ProSleepy took my payment, but insist they have no record of my order. This is probably just a simple platform issue and should be resolved easily with basic customer service - either refund the money or issue me the products in a new order. Yet despite my repeatedly sharing proof of payment (bank and PayPal) via email and FB Messenger, they are neither refunding my payment nor sending me the two items I ordered.
The most active response I've received was a reply to my email referencing someone else's order from August under a different email address (no relation to me or my queries). Otherwise, they have stopped responding to email and deign to reply via Messenger once a day - uselessly. Of course they will not provide a contact phone number.
I've been polite though insistent in my communications with them, but I'm quite upset at this point at the amount of time I've had to waste on what should be a simple transaction of EUR 100.
I will update if this gets resolved, but it's been super frustrating and I do not recommend this business.

Game changer for my sleep
I've always been sceptical about orthopaedic pillows however I thought I'd give this one a shop because it had 30 nights free trial and was on sale for a price I was willing to pay. Delivery was 5 to 10 days which is pretty good considering the pandemic. What's the pillow arrived it was compressed in a vacuum packed bag so after leaving it for a few hours to expand and I finally give it a go. And in 100-percent honesty I had the best night sleep I've had in a very long time.
I no longer suffer from neck pain in the morning and I feel very refreshed.
