Me and My Partner have decided to reserve a house with prospect homes, and we found them to be very helpful and on the ball when dealing with them, especially Lisa, and Barbra, who have made this process very pleasant and professional, they have given us great information and updates on everything, we have met the site manager Kieron and he has been very informative and pleasant, so we are really looking forward to our purchasing our home and moving in, we are so glad we decided to buy from prospect homes, as we have found them to be very professional. We’re really pleased with our new home in Burscough and have been going through some snagging work. Jamie the site manager has been really helpful arranging things and Callum the multi-trades person came today and diligently worked through the list. Callum was very polite and pleasant. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and showed us everything he’d done before he left. Really good service.

Lisa and Barbara at the Abbey Vale, Widnes development are wonderful and so helpful. We’re looking forward to moving in once our house is ready

We completed the purchase of our brand new home at Mitton Grange in November 2024. Big thank you to Zoe and Lisa for all their help, professionalism and kindness throughout the process. Lisa has been very helpful in providing us with information/documentation required following completion. A big shout out to Chris the Site Manager who has been more than helpful with arranging for the snags to be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Our journey with Prospect homes has been fantastic. The staff have been incredibly helpful and willing to research and obtain units and carpets to our request. Despite having to delay the actual purchase several times do to issues with our purchaser, they remained patient, sympathetic and understanding.
Since having moved in and reported snagging issues, they have all been dealt with promptly and graciously.
We could not have asked for a better experience.

The sales and reception team (Jasmine and Barbara particularly) have been really helpful, friendly, informative and supportive all the way through our stressful purchase and then moving in. Can't say thank you enough. We're really pleased with being here.

Having lived on ‘The Ridings’ site for nearly 5 years the entire estate couldn’t believe our luck when the process of resurfacing the roads finally started a few weeks ago with the hope it would be done before Christmas. However, much like other aspects of prospects “brilliant” houses the temp surface has been dug up and an issue with the depth of tar has been found leaving us with the most disgraceful road with grids, kerbs, driveways 10cm+ high. Prospects response was inadequate and the ‘temp’ ramping that had supposedly been done must’ve been done on a different site. Along with multiple leaks, garden flooding and seeing the various issues others have had on this estate I just wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Having previously owned a countryside property they’re worlds apart in terms of quality and customer service.

I’d like to thank the team at the Whalley development for their assistance today. A family member dropped a mobile phone on a nearby pavement. One of the building team found it and handed it into the site office. The site manager kept it safe until we called the phone later that day. They answered the phone, explained who they were, why they had the phone and how we could get it back. Everyone on site was very polite and friendly. Thanks all!

They've given us a beautiful home in a beautiful place. Jasmine,Barbara and the team have made us feel welcome and really go out of their way to ensure the journey and the conclusion are as easy as possible. They even given us the garden we needed for the dog (stones instead of turf) and fitted our existing washing machine. Still have a few snags to sort but they have a process in place to complete this. A big thank you to Jasmine and the team..your great!!

Our experience of buying our new build home, on the Prospect Bridgemere development, has been very good. From first visiting the site in May, through reservation and eventually completing in August the sales team have communicated well. Jasmine, Lisa and Barbara made us feel valued and we were comfortable dealing with them. We felt supported throughout the process even when our chain became somewhat dysfunctional.
After moving in, the support continued with Snags (mostly minor) being expedited by Craig and the site team quickly and with a friendly outlook. This is really appreciated as our previous experience of buying new builds has been poor.
With Prospect we see an effective procedure to capture customer complaints and manage these to resolution. Again, a welcome aspect of our experience has been Kirsty from customer care who has maintained contact throughout.

We recognise that Prospect is a professional, customer focused company, and in our view worthy of a positive review.

I have recently bought a fantastic house at Mitton Grange. I am very happy both with the property and with all the staff and contractors who have made my move a happy and welcoming experience. Lisa and Zoe in the Sales Office are friendly, helpful, and altogether delightful (not forgetting Phil who first showed me the house), and Chris the Site Manager has calmly, kindly and efficiently dealt with any minor issues and queries I have had. Building is currently ongoing on the site and all the construction staff and contractors have been helpful, friendly and polite. It has been my first experience of buying a new build and I would definitely recommend Prospect Homes to anyone looking to buy their next home.

As we pack up our house we have to leave a review for the team at prospect. Jasmine has gone above and beyond to cater to our needs as we searched for our forever home. With a newborn baby the team have made the process so seamless with so much care and attentiveness throughout.

Our forever home is beautiful and we cannot wait to move in and be part of the community that the new prospect site in Burscough has created.

I have been a resident in a neighborhood developed by Prospect Homes for over three years, and I feel compelled to share my experience due to several ongoing issues that have significantly impacted our community.

One of the most pressing concerns is the condition of the pavements and roads, particularly on Hillhouse Road. Despite having lived here for more than three years, the road remains unfinished. The numerous potholes present a serious risk to both pedestrians and motorists. This situation is extremely concerning and requires immediate action to repair the road and ensure the safety of all residents and visitors.

In addition to the road issues, there is a severe lack of maintenance in our community. There have been no visits from maintenance staff to address essential tasks such as grass cutting and general cleanliness. As a result, our neighborhood has become dirty and untidy, leading to a noticeable decrease in the value of our homes. This neglect is unacceptable and needs to be addressed promptly.

My frustration is further compounded by the poor customer service. Despite reaching out multiple times via email to address these concerns, I have received no response. This lack of communication only exacerbates the situation and leaves residents feeling neglected and unheard.

Sam and Dan are a well oiled machine , there site management skills are impeccable, health and safety on middlemass is paramount, it's pleasure to work with them

The building site at middlemass hey has a great site manager Danny.
I needed some scrap wood and he was super helpful. As an artist it's hard these days and recycling waste wood helps both me and the site in waste.

Mitton Grange, Whalley

We have been in our home now for 2 weeks and it’s the best thing we ever did. Zoe the sales agent and Chris the site manager are fab. Never made to feel like I was on a conveyor belt like you do with taylor wimpey, etc who don’t care. We have just submitted our small snag list and I know they will be more than happy to get things sorted. Chris has knocked on a couple of times to see how we are getting on. Great team and beautiful home!
