Some terrible experiences on here but the facility in Newcastle Stowell Street is excellent. Can't fault it. Clean, tidy, well marked bays. Good entry and exit. Centre of town and reasonably priced.

Went to swimming competition at pond’s forge so parked at Q-Park Castlegate as we would receive a 50% off voucher. When paying for parking the 50% off didn’t work so had to pay full but the person on the other end of the call for assistance button said it would be refunded by filling out a form on their website. Don’t believe it! Was told because their ticket didn’t work they wouldn’t refund any money. Rang them and was told it’s company policy not to refund unless you have the 50% off voucher which obviously you wouldn’t because the machine takes it. When you complain it’s unfair they get aggressive and rude! Think if they give out vouchers they should honour them?

Went to QE hospital in Birmingham, drove around multi storey car park trying to find a space,couldn't find a spare space had to drive out,it cost me £4_20 to get out avoid at all cost.robbing bastards.mondern day gangster s avoid avoid avoid

I arrived at Liverpool One carpark today around 1.30pm. I have a blue badge and couldn't see any signage to indicate where the disabled parking was, even though their website claims to have 81 disabled spaces.
I parked on Level 1 but went up to Level 3 in the lift to exit the car park at the John Lewis exit.
Before leaving the carpark I needed to use the toilet facilities. I've had a run-in with those toilets before when they wouldn't let me in with the parking ticket as they're supposed to - ended up going in after someone else who held the door open for me (no staff around on that occasion)
Today, the machine let me access the toilets, went in the normal ladies toilet (not the disabled one). Out of the 3 cubicles in there, only one had a lock that worked. There's a bigger cubicle in there that I would have preferred, but the lock was broken. The whole area was soaking wet and there was all water dripping off the sink units. The floor was covered in sodden toilet paper. The side of my coat got wet from all the water dripping off the sink units. None of the toilets had toilet paper (it was all on the floor in a sodden heap), and the hand dryer wasn't working. People had obviously been drying their hands on the toilet paper.
I went round to the carpark office, where there was a young lad manning the desk. I proceeded to tell him of the problems with the toilets, but it was obvious he wasn't interested, not even able to maintain eye contact with me. I was obviously expecting him to offer a solution, or at the very least apologise, but no. I was just told if I had a complaint I had to use the QPark website. I pointed out to him that he was there, and I was complaining to him, but no, I just got the same statement about the website. Felt I should have prodded him to make sure they're not using droids instead of a human workforce in their carparks.
The fun didn't end there in this carpark today. When I tried to leave, the pay machine refused to acknowledge my ticket. Put it into the machine several times, but it just spat it back out again. I also had a similar problem last time, where I'd actually lost the ticket (think I dropped it when I was trying to gain access to the toilets!). Don't know why they bother issuing tickets, when you have a barrier with a bot inside that has clocked your registration number when you go in and knows exactly how long you've been there, and you can pay at the barrier.

The parking was fine, the comms and system ridiculous.

Booked from sun afternoon to Tueaday morning. Confirmation said sun midnight to tueaday midnight. I checked and they said this was normal and the 48hrs would start when I arrived.

It didn't, came to leave and said I needed to pay for another 12 hours. No phone number, no way of contacting them at the machine.

Eventually contacted a local employee to let me out. He said it wouldn't work as I'd left and come back...except the FAQs said I could come and go.

Essentially their system doesn't work, when the error was pointed out, they just ignore it and hope

Belongings stolen from car in Q-Park Old Burlington Street today (daytime hours). Several other cars subject to same fate. Coincidentally, several people who had parked their cars couldn't get in through the pedestrian entrance; access appeared to have been electronically blocked???

Got broken into and belongings stolen. The office had a sign to say the staff were out patrolling but there was actually no one there. We looked everywhere on 3 occassions over a 3 hr period. When the alarm activated we tried to find a number to inform security- there isn't a contact number. Only way was to hit the buzzer upon leaving and the guy there was snapping at us! Do not park here. No help. Horrible service and you will get robbed

This company and its jobsworth staff are complicit in organised crime. It is legitimately safer to park on-street. Leave your vehicle at your own peril!

My pass to Q park card was not working and was unable to get in or out of the car park, I managed to get some help and a lovely friendly guy called ( Steve V ) who was so helpful and listened to the problem I was having at the Manchester car park , immediately he helped and resolved the problem quickly and professionally, fantastic customer experience and service thank you . If I could give zero I would. Absolutely atrocious. No parking spaces available and still letting more cars in. If I wasn’t stressed enough at having to go to an appointment the delightful experience of attempting to park definitely elevated my stress levels. My partner drove around for 45 minutes before he got a parking space. For an added cherry on top experience they then charge an absolute fortune for the privilege of driving round the car park

Rockingham St, Sheffield.
Pre-booked, no automation working, doors wide open so no security. Had to get a ticket to get past the barriers. Couldn't get out without putting in the ticket and then they tried to charge me again.
Stuck at the barriers to get out, off-site operative couldn't see my vehicle so I had to prove I'd paid. Wouldn't open the barriers until they were happy and no apology.
Customer services had the same attitude with no refund or apology.

Q Park Oxford street are collaborating with local criminals to facilitate thefts from vehicles. They intentionally leave the doors open to make it quick and easy

I’m a nurse on a busy ward and this morning, after a night shift, I received a parking ticket from Q-Park who own the hospital carpark. When I questioned the attendant (the one who gave me the ticket) the reason why I got the ticket I was told that it is because I wasn’t parked in a bay, absolute joke! I have taken picture and there is no way they can say I wasn’t parked in a bay. Even the car park at attendant apologised and said I can see you’re in a bay but I’ve been told “anyone who parks here must be given a ticket” 😳.

Great Improvements made recently by the whole company. It’s cleaner than my bathroom.You will see security in attendance. It’s becoming really quiet and safe.All the Worlds leading electric cars are Here.

Pay machine unable to read either the ticket or my bank card. Helpful advice from the push button option. Helpful man at the barrier to exit.

Be warned !! DONT USE....I paid very high charges to park in Belgravia, only to come back to smashed windows and stolen clothing from my vehicle. Many other vehicles also had smashed windows as well. Q-Park took no action to help or share the CCTV footage and wouldn't entertain any compensation. Your vehicle is probably safer on the road. Incredibly bad service for very high charges!.

When you decide to park in a Q-Park it means you want to complicate your life. Parking anywhere on the streets in this city is way much safer than in Q-Park. They advertise themselves as highly safe parking while there are over 10 broken into cars only on a Sunday morning. We’ve been parked in Q-Park Soho for 1.5h. When we got back our front passanger window was smashed still nothing missing and no visible valuables left inside. The parking was full at the time we parked and same full when we returned to the car. Same cars parked next to our one just ours broken into. When we looked for the agent he was on patrol in Q-Park China Town which left Soho plot totally unsupervised. We’ve been waiting for the agent for 1.5h and all he could do was to help us clean the broken glass with a broom and some gloves. He said there were more broken into cars in China Town plot and that’s why he was missing for so long. While we’re waiting for him we noticed dozens of supposed “delivery drivers” on electric bikes patrolling continuously inside-out the parking. There is no security at the pedestrians’ access ways or anywhere around this whole parking plot. The whole parking smells like urine and when it is raining water is leaking al around this place leaving huge puddles anywhere you try to step. They charge £10/h just so you can be surely robbed. Anywhere on the streets this would never happen in such a short time. Q-Park is the safe shelter for thieves and burglars which attracts the naive drivers with very well located parking plots at very high prices. But you know many times high prices don’t mean quality and not even respect. Such a shame for such an expensive area which brings so much money to the authorities who fail to protect and respect the citizen, the tourist, the tax payer, the human being.

The car park attendants at the QE hospital Birmingham are really professional and helpful today. Lost my car totally, they helped me and went out of their way to find it for me. Approx 3pm today, please pass on my thanks!

We made use of the Shuttle service at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham today. Lovely drivers. I passed a comment to the driver on our return pick up. Saying it was a great service provided by the Hospital. Only to be told the service was provided by QPark. Well done. Without this service patients would have nothing.

Smashed car windows, stolen shopping and bag. Avoid please. 20/8/24 old Burlington street. 1630 shopping dropped off in my car. Came back after dinner and a show @ 2230 . Back car windows smashed - shopping and doctors bag stolen. Contacted security who said fill in a form, not interested, I suspect involved. Many incidents if this, q car park not interested…. Please don’t park here!
