Decent well-constructed smart-looking jacket at attractive price (in sale); easy ordering and reasonably prompt delivery...

Average service as long as you don't need to return an item!
I ordered a coat, & then decided I'd like a hat & gloves costing £93 on Dec 6th. I rang first thing the following morning to see if I could lump the 2 orders together & get free delivery. This was not possible so I paid £8.50 for 2 lots of p & p.
The coat was massive so I ended up returning the 2 deliveries as the smaller coat size was out of stock and therefore I didn't want the coordinating hat and gloves either.
I paid £6.90 for a tracked return which is apparently in Cardiff sorting office acccording to tracking on 17th Dec!
Quba aren't interested & I'm waiting to get a response from Royal mail. It is now 29th Jan 2026!
Royal Mail should refund £75.
Therefore I am out of pocket by £8.50 p&p + £6.90 return p& p + £18 not covered by RM insurance = £33.40!! Not at all happy! That's providing RM pay me £75!!!!!

Love my merino wool jumper it’s amazing

Postage to receive and return goods (£4.25 each way) very expensive.Trousers were too big and extremely long with no choices re length. Many companies offer free postage on returns. It cost £8.50 just to try the trousers on.

Now the internal flag label stitching has come apart

Quba replied with they do not offer repair services

I STILL BELIEVE A COAT OF THIS PURPORTED LEVEL AND QUALITY AND SUPPOSED ROBUSTNESS SHOULD LAST LONGER THAT 2 YEARS OF ONLY WINTER USE

SUGGEST LOOK AT OTHERS WITH BETTER QUALITY AND NOT MADE IN CHINA ON LABEL

Bought a Quba coat 2 years ago in Sidmouth, and has been a very good coat
It is used primarily in autumn winter and uses fabric sewn in hook, however in spring summer it is moved to a wardrobe on a coat hanger

This morning the coat is on the hall floor and the fabric loop has pulled out, but also the stitching in that area is open

One would expect a coat of this value and extolled virtue to last a lot longer than this

Always had great service from here but this time it took 3 days to even dispatch the item which I thought was quite a long time.

As a family we all love your clothes. They are colourful and subtle and hard wearing and always smart and fit for purpose.

My one disappointment is the fact when ordering online that one has to pay for postage.

Five year old sail cloth jacket worn intermittently already leaking. Contacted and told they only guarantee the products for 6 months: given the price and claims around quality this is a joke. Hardly the high quality heritage brand they try to position themselves as.

Bought from there store in Lymington and Cowes many times .Problem with zip on coat , wrote to customer services mid august , followed up. Mid September, went in to Lymington again this am to resolve .They said they couldn’t help , call , customer services, just done that 3 times this morning, no one picks up .Im guessing they’re lining up to cease trading , I won’t be buying from them ever again . APPALLING.

Parcel arrived quickly and items ordered are great quality as usual.
