WARNING - VERY POOR AFTERCARE! - Parcel arrived having been open and only one item!!!!
I have repeatedly phoned and left messages and not one response!
The photos from Evri delivery also clearly show the parcel had been opened and resealed with parcel tape

As a regular customer the service was good speedy delivery,
Reasonable quality product

Used several times this year and spent a large amount of money. Normally no issues but a week after placing order the shirts were reduced further, costing me £15 more. Emailed and awaiting a response

I bought my son an expensive Cuba jacket in the Salcombe store. Not long after purchase, the hood detached (during normal use only). It was obvious the seam had not been deep enough as the hood had frayed at the edges and no stitching had come loose. I returned to the store the next time I visited my family there only to be told that they can’t do anything in store and I need to contact their email address. Foolishly on my part, life got busy and when I did contact them, I was been told they do not offer repairs and won’t do anything to rectify. This was due to it being 6 months after purchase. Annoyingly, when I went to the store it would’ve been within the 6 months! Clearly, they aim you at the email address in the hope you don’t bother. So, all I got from my contact was a “Thanks for your understanding” at the end of the email. Very galling!
Now my choice is small claims as you have up to 6 years to claim faulty products under the consumer act. Interesting how many other 1 star reviews there are for their coats failing at the seams. These are not cheap coats it’s pretty shocking. I certainly will not buy one of their items again after this experience. Shame as we used to visit the store a lot when visiting family.

Amendment after reply….
I fully accept that at this stage, I no longer have the receipt. And yes the coat is now over 12 months old. It was not when I revisited the store! I offered proof of the transaction from my statements but was told that in store they don’t deal with faults and I need to go through the customer service email. I acknowledged in the review that unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, chasing the coat took a back seat. However, if you think it’s acceptable for a coat costing around £250 to fail after 12months (let alone within the 6 months it did actually happen) then I think that says a lot about your ethics and the quality of your products!

Delighted with purchase of the pairs of cargo shorts, excellent value, high quality, good post sale communication and delivery bang on time.

It was easy to order and pay and delivery was good , the men’s shorts that I purchases for my husband were a good fit and good quality fabric

I am very impressed with the quality of the Quba clothing. I can recommend the short sleeved shirts with the great patterns.

Welcome to a company who have the most archaic system when it comes to their Gift Vouchers which can be bought online BUT can't be used online.
I mean seriously WTF is that all about ?

The Quba range is excellent the shop in padstow is great and was really happy that you could deliver to spain

Ordering on the website was easy. Kept informed of delivery which was efficient and quick. Product good and met expectations. So all good.
