Rapid paints provided me with the correct colour spray cans for an obsolete Vauxhall colour (Spectral Blue). The customer service team advised me how to order a 'custom colour' using the code via their web site. I had provided the colour code to another provider previously, but this resulted in the wrong colour being provided. I asked Rapid Paints for spay cans with the same code and they got it spot on. They also sent the paint very quickly, allowing me to continue my restoration job.
I have used Rapid Paints previously, to provide a current Citroen colour. That was also spot on, so I will not waste time and money going elsewhere in future.

Ordered paint payed extra for next day delivery didn’t turn up even on evri it said they are still waiting on the parcel so the never shipped it messaged them on there website live chat spoke to someone said she will look into it and she will get back to me shortly waited 30 minutes nothing so I emailed them and explained what happened again no response 5 hours later nothing no response so I bought from somewhere else messaged them for a refund again no response had to go through PayPal to get my money back AVOID THIS COMPANY

Delivery great paint however was terrible match. What annoys me even more is when I bought a can earlier in the year it matched perfectly!
Costly to rectify and now got to start over again. Would never use these guys again

Should have read the reviews, completely different colour. I don’t understand how you can get it so wrong when you have the paint code and this is what you do. Very annoying.

Ordered paint after cut off for next day delivery on a Friday. Evri delivered the parcel at 10am the next day. Colour match was perfect. Whole experience was excellent

Ordered thinking if I was doing the right thing for that money. Went for express delivery. After a week the delivery partner delivered to the wrong side of town. In all credit within three days of this I had a fresh set of paints. They have been waiting on the side for free time to come up again and here we are. Very good quality, excellent match and to such a standard that a neighbour has asked me to do there's, even with no previous experience! If there are any of you going to try a silver Peugeot 206 bonnet I needed a little under three cans each of primer, paint and sealant.

After 3 weeks of trying to get rapid ripoff paints to come to some agreement they have finally came back with their solution , there are 2 different shades of paint under the same colour code they sent me the wrong color and that's my fault I should have read the terms and conditions on their website before purchasing.
DO NOT USE RAPID PAINTS , THEY CLEARLY HAVENT ANY SCRUPLES WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING YOUR MONEY

They ask you to pay extra for an "express next day" delivery service... and then 5, days later, when is delivered, they mock you replying to your email enquiry... "As I checked with the tracking no. this has been delivered to you"...

I’m giving one star for the rapid delivery.

Four stars deducted for the quality of the paint matching. The Honda White Orchid Code NH788P had a strong blue tint to the base coat. The top coat was clear and had no affect. As a result, the car looks terrible.

Reached out for help via email and response came a few days later asking for photos.

Your customer service is diabolical ill not be using you again. No contact number and my emails are constantly ignored.

Ordered sanding discs, not all sanding discs delivered then cannot get hold of company to discuss. Have emailed them and been on chat but no reply. Customer service very poor. Do not use this company.

Finish coat had no colour to it so was not mixed with paint code colour. They replied with the policy of NO RETURN OF MIXED PAINTS, as it was not mixed it could have been returned. Also got a END OF DISCUSSION as far as they were concerned. Had to give 1 star to be able write this review. I now take the star back.

Sent items back over a week ago and have been telling me that they have to check with warehouse for the last 5 days and finally they say they have it. Shows it was delivered Wednesday? Then they refund me the wrong amount (less than owed). Stay clear of this company, deal with their suppliers direct.

Colour mismatch, the supplied basecoat was several shades too dark. Land Rover LFC 849 Cairns Blue is a popular colour, so I would expect them to get this right.

I should have read the reviews beforehand!

I complained on 17th April 2023, so if they respond quickly to correct this issue, I will amend the review accordingly.

Update on the above review. I visited a local paint supplier and they also had difficulty finding a match. The swabs looked completely different on different panels, and they used 2 different cameras before they decided upon a suitable base colour.
Rapid Paints did respond to my complaint and asked me to spray a white test panel, so they could investigate.
Because the colour is obviously difficult to match, I have increased my score accordingly.
