DIDN'T ACCEPT MY 2 YRS NCB , THEY CANCELLED MY INSURANCE AND CHARGED ME WITH THE CANCELLATION FEES, CUSTOMERS SERVICE RUDE AND ABRUPT NOT HELPFUL, THIS IS A FRAUD THEY ARE RUNNING, DON'T GO WITH IT, I HAVE REPORTED THEM HOPE OTHERS WILL DO TOO. ABSOLUTELY SCAM.

RCIB - unaware wife's small accident of reversing into a car would impact on insurance and need to be declared as she was not on policy I was purchasing but wanted to include son. Apparently as I owned the other car it needed to be declared. I had paid over £500 already, if I wanted to cancel it I would have to pay £350 if I wanted my son and wife on the policy it would be over £900... my only choise was to remove my son and wife from the policy and pay over £600 for insurance a year later with all these details correct I can get for under £500. I see this as an abuse of postion bordering on the criminal when they have you over a barrel. Do not touch them with a dirty stick...
