My issue was dealt with in a very efficient, friendly and professional way by Cheryl Austin.
Ive spoken with her twice this week and on both occasions she was very professional and friendly and dealt with my issue very promptly and satisfactorily.

Loved the service I received today and to be honest consistently with RCIB. Quick to resolve any issues and answer any queries. Never had an issue with any long wait times and ACE V dealt with my call with perfect etiquette and handled my barrage of questions with ease. THANK YOU.

Ace Vale was fantastic from start to finish. It's never a happy day when you're handing over money for insurance, but her friendly attitude and excellent service softened the blow. I even cried a little less when I realised what the admin fee and premiums were! RCIB has a real gem on the team.

The agent we spoke to, Cheryl Austin, was very helpful and although couldn't give me an answer at the time I rang, she followed up as promised the next day and resolved the query I had.
She was very reassuring that the issue I was having could be resolved and actioned this within a short time.

Quick and easy conversation with Louise McGregor. Amend to policy completed, no problem and docs landed in my inbox straightaway. I will continue to use RCIB. It is refreshing to actually be able to speak to a human being quickly and to sort things out easily without being shunted from one menu to another and put on hold. Thank you!

I phoned up expecting to have a problem cancelling the policy and Cheryl was very helpful in cancelling this- I even got more money back than I was expecting, so I was delighted. Call took just 11 minutes including menu time :)

Terrible experience with lack of clear communication at every step of the way. Ample of emails pointing yo the portal but phones not answered. Unfortunately i found them via a comparison website so went with them. Can’t wait for the year to go,
