I purchased the voucher from RedBallon and tried to use it to book Lego Land, but the QR code for tickets never arrived! I was very diasppointed, the staff there were kind enough to let us in anyway.

Unable to use voucher
Purchased voucher years ago and haven’t been able to use it. The venues keep saying they don’t have availability to accommodate our bookings and I’ve had to reschedule this voucher 4 times in order to lock one in.

Easy to navigate and great experiences
RedBalloon is easy to navigate and has a variety of options. I have reliably purchased hot air ballooning, weekend getaways, flying experiences, diving lessons, etc through there and never had an issue with redeeming. They also consistently have sales and discounts which are helpful when purchasing many things. I highly recommend.
