Glyn Jones was fantastic . Arrived and got on with loading my vehicle on the truck straight away and got me of to the service station to await recovery to my home address

Chris came and recovered me, got me where I needed to be and made sure I was set before leaving. Great service.

Absolutely shocked by the treatment I’ve received from Richford Motors.

My Tesla Model 3 — just 2 months old — was meant to be collected from Luton and taken to a garage in Aldershot. Instead, it ended up in Derbyshire , completely without my knowledge. Worse still, it was damaged and then repaired without my authorisation.
I still have not had a full account of what the extent of the damage was

I only discovered any of this by watching it unfold through the car’s internal cameras. No one contacted me. No updates. Just silent, substandard work.

The paintwork now doesn’t match, there are visible particles in the lacquer, and because this wasn’t done by a Tesla-approved repair centre, I’ve lost the 5-year guarantee I was entitled to.

How many other people have had this happen without even realising?

This is unacceptable. I will not stop until:
   •   The car is properly repaired at a Tesla-approved centre
   •   All costs are covered
   •   I am compensated for the time and stress this has caused

People deserve to know how their cars — and their trust — are being mishandled.

My luton van was broke down. And they send me an angel named Glyn. Friendly and an experienced recovery driver.Thanks to Glyn and richford services for their best service.

Richford motor services was a great help after being let down by RAC the lady who called me to arrange my recovery was really helpful and informative she also kept me updated, glyn jones who came to recover my van was really great and helpful plus very professional.

Rescued with a caravan in tow on way to the peak district. Callum from Derby arrived with large truck. In no time we were in our way home wher he revered down a narrow close to our house, did everything he could to help unload. He was courteous at all times. A real pleasure to be rescued by him. A big thank you.
