Service engineer 100%
Service engineer 100%. Adim not. 20 minutes after engineer left had text from Robert Heath heating saying I had missed an appointment. No Knock on door or anything else, also wasn't told it was a double appointment.
Phoned Robert Heath heating to explain but they didn't understand what was going on and made me another appointment. But this appointment will be no good as no one will be here, I did tell the person but I felt like they didn't care.

Had my annual gas safety check done today.
Had a text to say I was next in the queue and he arrived within 5 mins! He was a lovely guy and was chatty. I've found every Robert Heath employee I've had in my house to be lovely.

The engineer arrived bang on time
The engineer arrived bang on time, took a really good look at the system upstairs and then spent further time in the garden looking at the unit and said that everything was in perfect working order.
I had to agree with him because I know nothing about Heat Pumps, as long as it doesn’t stop working I’ll continue being a very happy customer.
