Having bought a brand new home before, three times actually over the years and each time having had very un engaging experiences with the sales person I was reluctant to go a fourth. But the position of Levens view and the styles of homes really pulled me in
I need not of worried though as Jordan the sales manager on site has been nothing short of a genius. He explained each phase throughly and made it really easy to digest, a cheeky chap with a very professional and knowledgable grace about him, you can’t help but want to do business! Felt more at ease that his previous customers now living here came to visit and are very happy and it’s easy to see why they adore his character
I can’t reserve my plot yet, and as advised by Jordan this could be another six months away! But I am eager and I’m assured I’ll be contacted when the homes are released for sale which are of interest to me
My faith in sales people restored :)

Great from start to finish!
Keira kindly guided us through the process from before the house was built till the moving in date. Very helpful and understanding of our needs.
The homes are very beautifully designed taking thought to appreciate families moving in.
With good size doors inside and wide spanning bedroom windows the house is full light and very open spaces.
The separate heating upstairs and downstairs gives us control of how much heating we use as these days its not needed to heat up a whole house.
The smart chrome fittings give the house a nice classy finish. We are super happy with the house choice we made for us. The garden being the cherry as was much larger than we had imagined in our minds.
In terms of after care once we moved in, Andy always giving us positive vibes and had made sure any adjustments and bits and bobs that needed attention were taken care off and all signed off.
Even after signing us off he offered to help while around if anything goes a miss.
So far so good.

Bought a new Belgrave home and moved in August 2021. The staff at Rowlands are friendly, courteous and very helpful throughout the house purchase journey from viewing, selection all the way to moving in. So far the house has lived up to expectations. The only issue has been the house shrinkage (which was explained to us before moving). The saleslady and the site manager have gone out of their way everytime to help with any issues that arose once moved into the property. So far so good. Thank you Rowland.

We moved into our Rowland Homes house at Levens View, Ulverston 3 weeks ago. As with most newbuild houses there were a few issues which needed to be resolved. Fortunately the Sales Rep Jordan, who is based on site has provided excellent support throughout this period and the months when the house was being built, giving advice, when required and excellent support throughout.
Both he and Emma have made the stressful time of buying and moving into a newbuild house as comfortable for us as possible and have assisted in resolving problems in an enthusiastic and professional manner.
We feel fortunate to have this support

Amazing level of service provided by Roland Homes. This relates to the overall process from first contact with Kiera to the handing of the keys to the property. One of the key features that particularly drew our attention was the frequent updates regarding the progress of the work on site. On the day of handing us the keys to the property, Rowland left us a card and a flower; little things like this matter.
Obviously, like with any other property, there are always going to be very minor defects following snagging. It is worthwhile saying that Andy has been fantastic with coordinating the repairs. Moreover, he would ask if everything was ok.

We moved into our new home on Levens View in August 2021 and we are delighted, yes you have the initial snags like with any new home but the whole process was made very easy from start to finish. Our Sales Office kept us informed every step of the way and nothing was too much bother, Jordan was and still is very helpful and continues to be interested and caring towards his new residents, I often call round for a chat with him which is always nice :)

We reserved our home at Finch Park in the February of 2021 and moved in early July 2021, we were fortunate in having dealt with Kiera at the sales office throughout the process, her regular communication and updates really helped the process for us and she was never too busy to assist us even after the sale was completed.

The home and build quality has also been of a very high quality, there were a few minor cosmetic snags that needed resolving but this was completed in a timely fashion and Andy the site foreman was always on hand to address any issues we had.

I’m glad we chose to purchase a Rowland home and from speaking with friends that have bought with other developers they haven’t had things go as smoothly.

Excellent service, friendly atmosphere and professionally handled throughout the processes.

Really happy with Rowland Homes. Bought the Brantwood 2 on the Finch Park estate in Mosley Common. We put down a deposit back in April 2021 and got the keys in January 2021. There were a couple of little bumps in the road in timings due to the fall out from covid but apart from that it was stress free. Kiera in the site office was brilliant, always on the end of the phone if we had any questions. There was a slight delay on the move date that was in relation to supply issues but we were made aware of this with plenty of notice. Since moving in Andy the site foreman and Kiera have both been great, there has been quite a few snagging issues but things are almost finished now.

I am currently in the process of buying a home on the Sandpiper Grange development and Stephen has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! He has made everything so much easier for someone who doesn’t know much about the process of buying a house and has been on hand to answer all my questions (which is a lot!). He’s really honest and genuine and had made the process so far a really enjoyable one! Thanks Stephen! ☺️

We have recently opted to ‘early bird’ a plot at sandpiper grange. Stephen was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and honest with us. We had a couple of meetings where he provided us with all the relevant information and gave us a thorough walk through of the show home.

My husband and I were very indecisive and unaware of the process involved with purchasing a new build property. Even though Stephen was busy, we were able to visit the show home on a couple of occasions before making our decision.

We greatly appreciate the time Stephen has taken to guide us through the process and answer all of our questions. We are very much looking forward to fully reserving our new Rowland home.

I have recently done the "early bird" reservation for Sandpiper Grange with Stephen- I hope I am not jinxing this but what he has done so far is fantastic, When someone is v naive and new to buying a new home- Stephen is a wealth of knowledge to ask & help on every level- I am looking forward to the process of buying a new home with great help & guidance from Stephen/Rowland Homes.

Working with Jordan and the team at Levens View has been a pleasure! Buying a new home isn't always as straight forward as we'd like it, but Jordan has gone out of his way to ensure that the property was ready in the time scale we needed (as our temporary accommodation was due to expire). We've been here for just over a week and the team at Rowland have frequently checked that everything is as needed. It is worth noting that Jordan has (on many occasions) worked late and on his days off to ensure we were dealt with in a highly professional and customer focused manner.

We bought a rowland home in ulverston and can honestly say it was perfect. We had a few build delays and moved in 3 months after the original date but it’s defiantly been worth the wait. We had a few snags mainly decoration which have been sorted within 2 weeks of us being here. The site managers are fantastic and very helpful getting these little problems resolved.

Have now officially reserved a plot at Sandpiper Grange after getting an Early Bird last August. Stephen has made the process very easy and is very supportive and can’t thank him enough. I am looking forward to the next steps and hopefully moving in later this year!

We wished to early bird a plot ( roughly 2 years away). We were told to go to RSC to be qualified, which we did and were approved on basis of the sale of our own home and transferring of existing mortgage) no additional borrowing required, therefore demonstrating we have the funds to proceed ! Alas not, we were told that we have to have the total cost of the house in our bank account to reserve a plot built in 2 years time ! If we did not, perhaps we look to get a bridging loan ! Afraid we will not be proceeding on this basis ! When we tell our friends they can’t believe this is what is being asked ! Also perhaps the advice of getting a bridging loan at extortionate rates is not the best advice to give people.

Wish we never purchased with Rowland Homes and we haven’t even moved in yet.

We reserved our home in March and it’s been nothing but stress since, the customer service has been shocking, particularly from one sales rep who not only lied to us, but has breached GDPR on many occasions. We were told from the very beginning, to reservation, to choosing our extras, that our neighbours have already paid for their fences so we don’t need to worry about that (we were the last plot to buy)

We are currently due to move in our home in one months time after 6 delays and we found out at the weekend that we don’t actually have any fences and we shouldn’t have been told that they had been sorted. Funny enough, 6 other people on the development were told the same thing!

We were then told, unfortunately the price of timber has risen due to brexit and covid and we are looking at thousands of pounds for our fences.. which we don’t have as we never had to factor this into our budget!

So next month, our moving day should be filled with excitement and joy but once again been let down by Rowland Homes.

Steven is very a helpful and polite person, easy to talk to always happy to help when ever he can. My wife and I can not wait to move to our new home at sandpiper grange. Highly recommend.

I am currently living in my first home …. Isn’t it suppose to be the best time?!
Well. I can honestly say it has been nothing but a mess since we moved in.
Huge gaps around 2 of the windows so much so you can fit your fingers in, a patio door that constantly falls away from its fittings for some reason!
It was last fixed in August 2021 and now I am being told they can’t do any further work because it’s outside of its warranty even though we have had 7 visits within 2 and half years of living here for the same problem!!
The windows have never been replaced and now the back door has completely come away from the hinges due to the door yet again breaking, no one coming out in time before the bad weather hit and now I have no back door with an 8 year old and a 10 month old!!

Horrendous company and service. I wouldn’t never buy a new build again. It’s constant issues like this that make young people like my self not want to be on the property ladder.

I would just like to Thank the staff on the Finch Park Estate Worsley, for all there help, support and understanding during the sales process on buying our new house. This is the 3rd new house we have bought and by far the quality and finish of this Rowland House is far superior to anything we have bought before. We would highly recommend Rowland Homes, Finch park
