They don’t fulfil orders, then tell you it will be delivered when it’s back in stock, even though it is showing in stock when you purchase. Then they never contact you again. So you have to chase them and they change to it is discontinued and you won’t be receiving it. But they never planned to let you know this!

Don’t trust them with your order.

Seems like they are sharing stock with their other companies and selling the same products twice. They need to fix this system if that is how they want to operate their stock management!

Terrible Returns Process and Customer Service

Absolutely awful experience. The returns process is a complete mess, and their customer service is non-existent. I’ve sent multiple emails, and no one has bothered to reply.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any help or support. I regret purchasing from them and would not recommend them to anyone.

Poor after sales customer service. Delivered item that doesn’t work. Have been chasing customer service for over a month and there is no response.

Ordered a shelf on the 5th October which at the time was “in stock”. After I ordered I checked the stock again on the site and it then said 1-2 weeks. Now when I check it says 6-8 weeks. I emailed customer services asking for an update as I still don’t have the shelf and haven’t heard from them so don’t have a clue when it’ll arrive.

Do not trust the stock indicator on their site, it’s unreliable and I think it’s over enthusiastic to get your order.

Unable to access their main website due to a banner offering an extra 15% discount that can't be removed.

Bench was delivered broken. Customer service takes up to 2 weeks to respond to emails, so resorted to many hour-long waits on hold to speak to an advisor. Took ages to resolve and return bench. Had to contact credit card company to obtain refund. Very unhappy.

Items I ordered came in good condition and delivery was very prompt.

The lamp arrived very late but due to difficulties with the supplier. Royal D could probably have kept me informed a little more often. I had to chase them twice to find out what was going on. Overall, happy though.

Box and item arrived damaged, box left out in the rain on delivery after shoddy repair job on box, contacted them twice but not response or apology. I am annoyed as this was supposed to be a nice gift and a considerable purchase from one of our favourite designers. Gutted

Second time using this company to replace some cutlery from an incomplete set. Excellent service. Prompt delivery.

I am really pleased with my table even if it took a while to get here.
There was no brochure with the table only three single pages, mainly pictures. A more detailed set of instructions would have helped .
I was very happy with the way you kept in contact while I was waiting for the table to arrive .

Fast delivery, a good price, all tariffs and duties to the UK prepaid. High quality saucepan. Would definitely shop with Royal Design again.
