From ordering to delivery I can't speak more highly of the service, I was unable to track down the items I wanted in the UK, Royaldesign had in stock and very competitive on price even with delivery costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY, I bought a floor lamp for over £600, it does not work, I emailed them and they asked for a video of proof, I sent excellent video proof, I’ve had no reply for over a 7 weeks now, I have sent many emails and yet no reply still. Absolutely shocking service. SCAMMERS

Great product
Prompt delivery. Soft but sturdy door stop which will not scratch our kitchen door. It blends in subtly with our decor.

Worst e-shopping experience ever
Placed an order on the 18/07 and after two weeks of waiting and contacting costumer service twice, I finally got told that there was an error with my order and my item its not available anymore and wont be because it was discontinued. Truly poor service and the fact that they are not even concerned about informing people about their order status is inadmissible.

Damaged table
After waiting over 13 weeks for delivery my table arrived today and it is damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Poor customer service
Received a faulty item, immediately contacted the team with details, photos and a request for replacement/refund. It has been more than two weeks now and still no response from the team :(
