Efficient replacement
First delivery of two mugs, one was broken. Replaced quickly and with no fuss. And they are beautiful. One star for FedEx though, who compounded the breakage with a second delivery to the wrong house

Excellent service items delivered…
Excellent service items delivered before time which suited me. Knocked the door and waited for a response, which seems a rarity nowadays they usually just leave parcel on the door step. The plates are beautiful would highly recommend this company.

The contents where woefully packaged a…
The contents where woefully packaged a cast iron pan with a coffee pot. With insufficient packaging to prevent a breakage, which is exactly what happened. Very expensive items carelessly packaged very dissatisfied. Also received not in the 1-4 days as advertised but over a week.

Damaged Item
I had an issue due to packaging on arrival of my item, but Royal Design were very helpful straight from the get go, and resolved the issue fairly. Will be returning in the future, great customer service.
