Excellent customer service!
We purchased a top stairgate back in 2021.
We had issues last year with one latch as it’d broken. We had the same issue with an other latch yesterday. We contacted the customer service couple of hours ago today. They answered promptly and in a very friendly manner (just like last year).
The matter has already been resolved as they are sending a new latch out today! Thank you very much!

What a brilliant company to do business with! We had what we thought was a problem with the catch on a stairgate we purchased 5 months before. They immediately sent us a new part but it was for the wrong side. I spoke to a fabulous woman called Amy who, whilst organising an immediate replacement, worked out that perhaps we had fitted the catch wrongly when it had come loose. She sent a video and yes we had indeed fitted it wrongly. Amy went above and beyond in her customer care, was friendly and helpful, and worked out what might be wrong. Thank you to Safetots and especially Amy. And Hayley too when I phoned to send my thanks to Amy.

I ordered the Matt black gate with extensions to keep the little one out of the kitchen area. When fitting this I noticed there was a small manufacturing defect so contacted the customer service team who were extremely helpful and ordered a replacement to my door for the very next day (shout out to Hayley). Fitted with no problems using the helpful video online. Im extremely happy with the product and very impressed by the top customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I had to return the first fire surround I purchased as it was literally 1cm too small. However I ordered a second (different surround with an extension) and it fits perfectly. Looks good. So many options for different surrounds with the extensions, would recommend

I had an issue with fitting my product, so called Customer services to ensure I was fitting it correctly.
Amy Timmins handled my case, and couldn't have been more helpful. She tried to find a solution but it seems it just wouldn't fit, so arranged for collection and advised on the most suitable product for the job.
Would return to this site knowing what good customer service/after sales support is offered.

We purchased a black fire guard online from Safetots and requested next day delivery. Safetots kept us updated about the process of the order but the courier failed to deliver it the next day. I contacted customer services and spoke with Amy who was absolutely great. She was friendly and professional and arranged for a replacement to be sent with a different courier.
This is our third Safetots product (the other two are stair gates) and we would highly recommend their products and their excellent customer service.

This is the second time I have ordered from Safetots. Amy has been very helpful and knowledgeable and I am sure if I have any problems she will deal with them in her usual helpful way.

After there was a delay with my order I contacted customer service. Amy and Hayley were both amazing and I’m really impressed at how quickly they both responded to my emails and sorted out a new delivery. They were both polite and helpful and they are the reason that I will shop again at Safetots. They are a credit to the company. The product is also great which has made us very happy, however, the customer service has made the biggest difference to my experience. I’ve already placed another order! Well done!!

What absolute pleasure Safetots are to buy from. Right from the get go and my first email asking for advice, Amy was a dream advisor in coming back to me super quick outlining exactly what I needed. A real asset to the company. Product arrived promptly and was super quick and easy to put together. You can even follow videos online. Looks great, works great and another baby safe from a wood burning stove. Happy parents = happy house. Thank you so so much! You can't go wrong with this company.

safetots chunky wooden screw fit stair gate. fantastic product. this is a very robust and secure stair gate. on delivery there was a small nut missing, i got in touch with safetots via email and Hayley arranged a prompt dispatch of the missing nut on the same day- great after sales service!

Amy was amazing and so helpful in suggesting a way of restricting access to the open stairs to stop the puppy going up. It was so different from other companies who quite often are reticent to give you an email address or phone number to contact them. Well done Safetots, and well done Amy.

They were very helpful on the phone and we got a customised gate to fit my 4 foot wide opening to contain our cocker puppy. It arrived within 24 hours and we are very pleased with it Thankyou

Amy (and Hayley too) in customer services went out of their way to try to get a cot side delivered to our house in time for a baby to stay after Yodel ignored the note on the door AND the safe place delivery instructions and left the first one on the doorstep in the pouring rain! It was ruined by the time we got home and the girls tried 3 times to get me a replacement in time. Thank you both. (I hope your boss is reading this!!!!)
