Ordered a large configuration to keep my 3 big dogs out of the open plan kitchen. This was the only website i found that had such a large selection of heights/widths and added extensions. The order came very quickly in good order. I made a goof with the skirting board at the bottom and the side extension was too big. Replacing for a smaller one was no bother and customer services were fab (refund took 2 working days). Downside is of course the return courier cost and having to pay delivery for the replacement again, but that was my fault.

When the first gate I ordered was mis-delivered (no fault of Safetots), their customer service rep was efficient and responsive in getting a second one sent out, following up with concerned emails and confirmations. I wish all companies had such terrific customer service.

After having problems with a gate from another company that did not meet expectations with the install dimensions being incorrect I found Safetots on a quick search. Called the customer service which I found really helpful (Amy thank you) & ordered the Safetots gate that was recommended for the opening I needed to cover. It’s a decent build quality & fits like it was made to measure so all is good.

Have ordered 3 baby gates from safetots. 2 of them were made by baby dan which I wasn't that impressed with compared to their branded gates. Spoke to Amy who was very helpful and organised the collection of the gates. Ordered 2 safetots gates as replacements and they are brilliant, would highly recommend them, easy to fit and very sturdy 👍🏼

I ordered a baby gate/ pet gate nearly 4 weeks ago. I tried putting this up over the weekend, only to find the gate wouldn't close properly. I started a return, then Monday morning promptly, I received a polite phone call from the lovely Amy T, who kindly explained she would email me, so I could then forward a photo. I only sent the photo today, which is Tuesday. Amy promptly emailed me back to say a replacement gate is being sent out on express delivery. I am honestly blown away by the level of customer support in this company. It is very very rare ( think unicorn rare) to receive such efficient support. Amy you're a credit to the company.

I needed some new fixings for a stair gate I bought two years ago so I got in touch via email. I received a response after that day; not an auto reply, but a friendly, human email from Amy, with a link to the parts I needed. I was really impressed with the speed of response, quick resolution & great customer service.

Item arrived very promptly ahead of expected delivery estimate. The item was slightly defective though unfortunately. But Safetots replaced the item with no problem after a brief phone call and proof to understand the problem. Spoke with Amy and she was great, answered very quickly and kept me updated. She sent a replacement immediatey for next day delievery with no additional costs. Fantastic customer experience!

My elderly mother who is 95 and has dementia, started going upstairs, which she hitherto did not, and is highly dangerous for her. Thankfully I found the Safe-tots website and after sending an email, I got a prompt response. They requested I send a photo of the bottom of the stairs, plus measurements.
Hayley, at Safetots noticed that the bannister side of the stairs had two flat parts. After further measurements she arranged the despatch of the perfect stair gate for those particular stairs.
Very impressive service, which rectified a stressful and dangerous situation. and I would highly recommend this Company. Thank you Safetots.

Purchased the Bettacare Matt Finish Curved Top Dog Gate (161cm - 170cm, Black) plus side extensions to place at the end of a porch. Items were competitively priced, and arrived very quickly. Very easy to assemble, looks and feels great quality and seems to be very sturdy. Very pleased with the product and service from Safetots. Would certainly recommend.

We ordered a child gate which was faulty and not closing properly. Having emailed the issue to safetots over the weekend, we received a response early on the first working day, and a replacement gate within 48 hours. Excellent and friendly customer service which we can not fault.

I've had a wholly positive experience with Safetots. Their wooden playpen is beautifully made and sturdy. I feel very comfortable leaving my baby inside the playpen. The playpen has also received several compliments on the design and construction quality. Delivery was swift, items well packaged and customer support over the telephone was informative and friendly.
In particular when trying to return some surplus items that I over-ordered, Amy & Hayley were so helpful, responded promptly and provided detailed support and information for every step of the process. I was never left hanging or wondering when my messages would be replied to.
It's unusual to find companies that actually produce quality items and even more unusual for those companies to also have excellent staff. Thank you Safetots team for your time and efforts!
