Yet again, I have had fantastic service from Shania and the team at The Shaver Shop in Rockhampton Shopping Fair. I had an issue ( completely my own fault) with a product I had bought there and they solved the problem, on the spot, at no cost to me ( I would have been happy to pay!). This is my second time in the shop and my second outstanding example of service.

Absolute great service. It was a pleasure to deal with the shaver shop It was my first time and it won’t be the last Recommend to anyone. Thank you once again.

Many retail shops I walk into, I am instantly judged as a 58 year old balding slightly overweight male and I am ignored, unless I have to seek help.

Not at the Shaver Shop in Fountain Gate. I walked in thinking I knew what I needed from reading internet reviews about Electric Shavers. I was approached by a kind and caring staff member who named “Iglesias”.
He was attentive and after I explained what I required, he went to fetch the product. Unfortunately the last unit had been sol about 1/2 hour earlier. But he went to the trouble of writing the model I needed and explained how to order it from the Shaver Shop online.

I left the store and thought to myself, if all retail provided Customer Service like that, their sales would increase and people would come back.

I came straight home and ordered my $400 shaver through Shaver Shop online.

The customer support and staff at Kotara store were so wonderful with handling an issue I had with an electric toothbrush. I am so grateful for how easy it was so resolve and I would definitely buy from Shaver shop again based in this experience.

Hey guys, I visited the Shaver Shop at Stockland Wendouree the other day.
I planned on buying a sale item I’d seen, but they were out of stock.
I checked out the more expensive option but decided to settle with my first choice.
The young lady who served me was amazing, from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out I had her undivided attention. She had great product knowledge, and suggested I could buy it online which I have now done.
Without a shadow of doubt she’s the most professional retail assistant I’ve experienced in many years.

I was on the hunt for replacement parts for my husband’s Braun Shaver and initially found them to be out of stock on the website. I contacted customer service and they went out of their way to track down the parts I needed. They really know how to go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you customer service team.

Their service really stood out. The staff really was knowledgeable and friendly and was good dealing with an Australian company !

I had an issue with ordering two products on sale that worked together and one ended up not available so issued a refund. The problem was I had one part that was useless without the other. When I rang the lady apologised but couldn’t do more as it was out of stock and had my refund so I asked to speak with a manager. The lady said she would put in a request and my feedback. I honestly thought it would go nowhere but promptly got a call from management the next business day. Sej was wonderful and said he would send an email allowing me the discounted price when stock was available again online.
He went above and beyond with making sure he phoned me when one became available rather than me checking stores and then express posting it.
It was so lovely to have a company make sure things were corrected and without any defensiveness, just an honest want to assist.

Purchased the Silk-expert Pro 5 IPL,
Sooo easy to use and already seeing results after only a couple uses. A shout out to the Melbourne shaver shop city team for the recommendation and friendly service!

I purchased a HomeCut Combo for $59.95 so Tia could give me one of her famous haircuts. If you need a haircut I would recommend buying this since it saves you spending $20 on a hairdresser. Also the seal was broken and the box had been opened when I received it but they refused to refund me so I got my money back disputing it with my bank.

Bought a Waterpik Sonic-Fusion toothbrush and flosser 17 Jun 2022 from Castle Hill store. Great product. Unfortunately they were ‘sold out’ of replacement heads at the time. I have been back twice since and they are still ‘sold out’. So I looked online at Waterpik Australia and they no longer have replacement heads on their online site. Shaver Shop has the replacement heads on their website but marked ‘sold out’. They’ve been sold out since I bought the brush/flosser!!!
Why did Shaver Shop sell a product knowing there are no replacement brush/floss heads?
My product is now useless!

I recently visited the Shaver Shop at Bondi Junction and they didn’t have a particular item but were very helpful and looked up a store at Town Hall that did. I went to the Town Hall store and the female staff member was not friendly and I felt I was wasting her time and she was a bit rude to me. The male staff member gave off the same vibes. I had previously purchased items from the Brisbane stores and they were all friendly and helpful. After my visit to Town Hall it has turned me off of all Shaver Shops because of this experience.

The dog ate my homework!!
Actually, the dog ate my old shaver!!
So, I ordered a new Panasonic shaver on line. It arrived in four days (including a weekend!!) and I'm really happy with it, and it's much better than the old one.
So, thanks dog!!

ordered replacement philips shaver heads online. they claimed they were delivered. I did not receive them. several emails later they advised a POD with time of delivery. Security footage at that time shows that the courier delivered another package (very large) but not the small package they clam was delivered.
Useless customer service.
Repeatedly asked for refund or deliver the product. But they say i need to take it up with NZ Post Courier, not them. I purchased from shavershop not the courier.
edit: two weeks later they send an automated 'please review your purchase'. I placed a fair one star review with reason. they emailed back to advise they will not publish the review. "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!"

Bought a new electric shaver foil and blade unit when due. Searched product on Shavershop website and purchased the only match. Product arrived , but did not fit shaver. Advised Shavershop- 'you bought the wrong product' nothing they could do. A $59 waste of time/money.
