I had excellent service from Karley the Manager at the Robina store today. I called to ask if the Wahl clippers were in stock and asked her to put them aside as I would pop in within the hour to purchase. Karley said no problem and explained she had some other great options I may be interested in. I ended up buying the Tranform U clippers which were light weight and work fabulously. I also ended up buying a Revlon one step style booster from her as well.
So impressed with her customer service and happy smile.

I bought a Philips lumea 7000, which was a great price, but seems to have been made especially for Shaver Shop, excluding the face and bikini attachments. Still good for the body applications, but useless otherwise. For $13 more, another online retailer had the proper setup with three rather than one attachments. Shaver Shop suggested i could contact Phillips Australia to purchase the attachment after market, but they're useless and haven't responded. Been a bit of a bummer, frankly...

Had a great experience with the new Manawa Bay NZ shaver shop the staff are so friendly, Vishal was very helpful and was able to directly assist me with products and information. Lets just say theres more than shavers there! I would definately buy self care products and am purchasing a foot massager thank you vishal and team

For the record, I wanted to say how helpful and professional Alexander was when I bought hair clippers recently at Warringah Mall. He knew his stuff, listened to what I was after and made a good recommendation.

Shaver Shop don't deliver. I ordered a set of clippers online via the shaver shop website. The item was delivered to the wrong address. So I have no clippers and shaver shop have my money, won't tell me how long they plan on keeping my money, so according to Adrian at shaver shop customer service it's Auspost problem. Should've used the ebay seller, cheaper, and not as dodgy. Just buy from someone else

I would just like to send this email to report the excellent service I received this afternoon at your Lower Hutt branch
(Queensgate Mall).
I made a small purchase of razor blades and shaving cream. Receipt No: 44133554.
As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Mihir. He has excellent product knowledge and a very warm manner and quickly provided me with what I needed.
There are very few businesses these days, where I have had such good service. I would just like to pass on my thanks to Mihir. Retail business is tough and I think he deserves to go far.
Thanks again for the great service - it really makes a difference to a customer's experience.

Both store team and the customer service team were very knowledgeable with their products and really helped me locate the right shaver.

The staff at Campbelltown Shaver shop saved me from purchasing the wrong product!! I was going to order online but attended instore instead. The staff member was very knowledgeable and ran through the benefits of the various products. As I was purchasing a shaver for my special needs son I needed to get it right. The product I was going to order online would not have done the job. I would highly recommend the staff at the Macarthur Square store!!!

Often have the exact same sales as Coles/Woolies/JB but the product knowledge is a lot better.

I went in for specific products and both times they explained the pros and cons, and suggested other options I could consider. Not pushy - both times it seemed a genuine offer of information that I could take or leave.

I’ll definitely now try give them more business for the consumables if they keep the prices/sales aligned with the supermarkets and electronic stores.

Mandurah - Great service. Staff were polite, helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. It is a 'feel good' store where both sides win no matter the price. True customer service.

I love my Bromley Savers shop, Really friendly. But today,31/12/23 at around 1 to 1.30 pm I was disappointed. There is a new girl, I don't know if she was trained or not. She wasn't greeting customers, showing attitude, really in a bad mood. She shouldn't be there. Bad for business, I hope Savers shop will look at it.

I'm thrilled with my recent purchase, the GHD Original hair straightener. My purchase arrived just in the Knick of time, arriving just today. What's even better is that I snagged it at a good price.

Just wanted to thank Angela at the Fountain Gate store. We recently popped into the store as I was looking for an electric razor and I was looking for guidance - it is to be a Christmas gift from my wife. Angela was helpful, had very good customer service skills, and had excellent product knowledge. She suggested my earlier failures with electric shavers were most probably due to a lack of skin preparation prior to shaving.

We left the store with a new shaver, a bottle of pre-shave preparation solution, and oil for the shaver. I am a very satisfied customer.

I feel it warranted that I share a recent positive experience with Sharon, from the Shellharbour NSW location.
I had purchased a male shaving product online, that proved to be faulty upon delivery.
The following day, I decided to return the product to my closest Shaver Shop location.
I believe her name is Sharon, and she was absolutely fantastic. No hint of accusations, she quickly realised that this new product did not work after charging overnight, offered an apology, and sought an immediate replacement.
Within minutes, my issue was resolved in a timely and friendly manner and Sharon should be acknowledged and commended for her professionalism and high level of customer service.
