WARNING… Don’t buy from shaver shop. Bought a $400 Braun shaver that didn’t work. The store refused to refund or exchange & their head office never responded. ABSOLUTE THIEVES!!!

Do Not go to these shops. Brought a product online, wrong part. Asked if i could change it, advised yes, go to store. Went to Uni Hill store got told no, not their fault buy a new one. Email their customer service, they told me to go to shop and return show them email.
Rang store and told they dont care what email i have they will not replace.

DO NOT BUY FROM SHAVER SHOP. thieves, scammers, blockers. Steal your money and give you no product. Waiting nearly 2 months and still no GHD straightener. They won’t allow me to communicate, they keep blocking my messages and there is no Aust post tracking. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Use Adore beauty instead. My biggest regret was not getting it from them. I am so angry about my treatment from shaver shop. They do not care about making sure you get your product you pay for.

I went to shavershop on 24/11 to buy a one blade razor. The customer service was terrible. There was a sales man looks like Aferican/American origin and his attitude towards me was pretty bad. I have no idea to purchase anything from shop at Chermside Westfield for ever. Sorry.

I brought a shaver from them before coming on here and seeing so many bad reviews, which I don't understand, not only are the prices great but it was delivered the very next day, will definitely recommend

Non existent customer service. Zero response to multiple emails.

Before the product arrived after weeks they had sent me a request for a review and then when I reviewed it below:

Terrible customer service
Appalling service. 1. Website issue and discount advertised not applied at checkout. 2. Multiple emails not responded to. 3. I received this request when my product has still yet to arrive anyway. Dismal customer service. Will be returning the product on principle and spending more elsewhere if I have to. Pathetic.

They had the staff to moderate and refuse to post the review but no staff apparently to answer any of my emails of address any of my concerns.

I am so annoyed when they could have fixed this so easily. I am going to return it and I couldn't care less about spending more elsewhere for a similar product.

Had reason to query an order so rang customer service.Their promises failed. I followed up with 2 emails which only prompted standard automated replies.
Abysmal customer relations.
Avoid this firm if you are likely to require any follow Up!

Very poor service I have ordered a gold plated shaver since 24th of July 2021 yet until now 10th of September 2021 I HAVEN’T received any!!!I am so pissed off already have sent emails and asking updates from them yet NO ONE responded I always get an automated email confirming they received the inquiry YET NO ACTION OR RESPOND! Do NOT BUY from this SHOP! They are SCAMMERS!

They ask me for a review through their internal system and then moderate it because they don’t like what honesty I have provided. So poor

Worst type of scammers in my opinion. I bought a $400 product from them and they keep providing different tracking numbers but never post the product. Run away from them like from hell.

For a shaver shop they don't stock the parts you need! Got a shaver as a gift last year and have not used it because THE ATTACHMENTS ARE NOT SOLD! cannot buy them anywhere else - asked them a year ago if they will stock the Braun EasyClick, told me it will be available in 3 months. not in store or online. contacted them 4 months later, told they "don't know"

THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I am now out of pocket hundreds of dollars due to the utter incompetence and mistakes from this company, who took absolutely no ownership of their mistake, provided no compensation and just said "we're very sorry". Save your pennies and shop elsewhere.

Why does Shaver Shop offer a same day delivery service when this option is never available on checkout. When I queried this I was told that it is because the item is not in stock however I subsequently tried any number of other products all with the same result.

Worst customer service ever, store manager on lonsdale in Melbourne denied me warranty because of a few hairs on a hair trimmer. I felt really scammed

I’ve ordered several times from Shaver Shop and I’ve never encountered an issue. Everything arrived quickly and was great quality. I liked their free shipping and welcome discount code as well. They do send a LOT of emails if you’re subscribed to them but they are just advertising sales (which are definitely worth waiting for as the prices are really good on hair tools!)

Purchased a 'Finishing Touch flawless hair remover from the New Zealand website. Delivery was super fast but sadly that's where the positive' s ended. The product I received was not the one as advertised and is basically useless when it comes to hair removal.
The packaging is different and the product is made by Idea village not Finishing Touch who make the genuine product.
Thankfully I used PayPal so can raise a problem and also escalate to PayPal if needed. It took 5 days to get a response, they asked for photos which I sent 2 days ago and another follow up email which is still waiting for a reply. Customer service could definitely be improved.
My advice is ... if you must buy from the Shaver Shop then make 100% sure that the product is genuine before you part with your money. I won't be buying from them again and am disappointed that a company like Shaver Shop is selling fake products.

Purchased a WAHL beard trimmer on-line, then 6 months later charger stopped working. Took charger and trimmer to Carindale store.
Staff were extremely helpful and offered to swap it over for a brand new boxed product.
Couldn't have been an easier transaction.

Ordered online and shipping was very quick. There was an issue with the order and customer service responded and fixed the problem super quick. Very impressed.

This relates to Shaver Shop NZ (Christchurch).
I live in a semi-rural area. Order and delivery by courier was good, but I was sent the wrong product. Once I made phone contact (not easy), the mistake was acknowledged and replacement arranged. The courier company made return of the wrong product unnecessarily difficult, and Shaver Shop took an aggressive "it's your problem" attitude. Not impressed, and won't be a returning customer.

Online orders are terrible! I made an order on the 11th of November. I haven’t received my order yet it took over a week for them to realize they are out of stock, then it was sent via express post but it went back to Victoria twice when I’m based in NSW. It says my package was delivered but I’m not sure to who as it went back to Victoria. Customer service is dismal as I tried calling and no one answers after waiting over 15 minutes I gave up and sent an email. Still no reply.
