UTTERLY OUTSTANDING!! I had the absolute pleasure, nay privilege of working with Carrie Sutton on my house sale & purchase. She was streets ahead of the rest - quick on searches, fantastic with queries, easily contactable, efficient, friendly, calming, professional...the list goes on. Out of all the solicitors in the chain, she was by far the best. She went above and beyond, even spending an hour trying to sort out a last minute problem to do with a parking issue at my buyer’s house (which wasn’t even within her remit) - all to bring in my house sale and purchase in within 11 weeks. Utterly fantastic service. If you need help with conveyancing - don’t bother getting any other quotes - they may be slightly more expensive than other places but they are worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!!

These people tried to extort money from me for an alleged isupply account that had been closed for 2 years. When I sent them proof of meter readings and payments made they sent a letter saying it was an error and the amount was halved. I owe isupply nothing and they cant even send statements or proof of debt.
I am sure some people just pay up rather than have the stress- shameful, sharp business practice.

They sent me a letter threatening to take me to court over unpaid utility bills.
The dates covered were from 2 years before i moved into the house and a year after the company they claim to represent went out of business.
I sent an email to inform them of their error and they replied with a fraudulent bill in my (misspelled) name implying I racked up over £1000 of debt the month I moved in.

I assume they've managed to scare money out of people who owe them nothing by threatening legal action and court fres, they're criminals.

I had a very poor experience with them, it cost more than £1000 to send one letter that revealed what I already knew and every phone call and email they could generate was billed at high cost, this company is only interested in making money for themselves, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The company has a business name : Lime Solicitors . Better to check every single lawyer on trustpilot before you give them your case , otherwise you loose money and time . One of the worst experience in the UK because of Shakespeare Martineau, after signed all the paperwork 4 months later they decided not to carry out my case, And you sign the contract has given the fact that the company still has right and access to your information and money ,and for me it seemed that even if you give your case to an other solicitor the can demand money from yours , not mentioned that after they decide that the don’t do anymore your case , “ because it doesn’t worth for them “ you can pay all the damned insurance and any other fees. No win , no fee , , no job ; fee - surprising , unbelievable the contract itself , specially if you don’t read just sign :)

So it took over a week for them to respond to an email query, I sent to them. After leaving constant messages even a text with a number that was provided (of course no reply at at all) An email was sent not even an apology, not even an understanding of the situation I am currently in at the moment!! Just warned me if I failed to stick to the payment plan (my payment plan to them) proceedings will be commenced.
Yes they sent me correspondence in the past and hold my hands up that I ignored them. However I came to them this time on reduced income because of being furloughed to start a payment plan.
I've taken advice from Step Change and Citizens Advice

What a terrible company. Out to get your money with no consideration. Be careful and seek legal advice. Stay safe from these people.
