My husband loved the whiskey shot box! I think I'm going to try gin for father's day.

Very difficult to get in touch with customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone.

I had no problem in ordering willies big horn bourbon from you the problem was with the shipping company GLS. it was order on 12/22/20 & It arrived on 1/8/21 Was scanned at delivery depot on 12 /28/20 in Phx AZ. 12/29 was delayed for weather/accident.12/29 was on route for delivery then was reschedule for 12/30. I was told on 1/6 they cannot find my order & then it was found & ship out on 1/8/21. I would not recommend this shipping company in the future.

My merchandise was damaged in transit and Shots Box was quick to resolve the issue. Very responsive and kept me up to date along the way. Very impressed by their timeliness. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Quick responses to my emails, good shipping times after backorder was done and very professional doing everything in their power to get my order completed. Thank you!

My new go to spot for those bottles that don’t seem to be available locally..,

I placed my orders [213415 & 213420] on December 8, 2020, as Christmas gifts from the Shots Box. Those orders were not delivered until January 5, 2021, and I paid 19.00 per order for shipping. In fact, Shots Box didn’t process my orders and get them shipped until December 23, 2020. 15 days after I ordered from them! This is unacceptable and I want my money back.

Was able to find some hard-to-get bourbons. Looked through the selections of other small batch items. The staff made good recommendations for alternates for out-of-stock items.

Easy to use website. Nice array of alcohols for purchase. Great delivery service.

The product was delivered on time as expected with prior notice given two days before delivery. The packaging protected the glass bottles and prevented any movement or contact.

Other than the fact that every time I order they send the bottles wrapped in 100 tons of bubble wrap ( bad for the environment ) and then in plastic bags ( also bad) but what makes it worse is that the bottles always leak leaving me with less product and wet boxes EVERYTIME.

Why can you all not use compostable wine containers and get rid of the "plastic"
