I had a smooth experience completing my online assessment. The process was straightforward, well-organised, and easy to follow. Everything was handled efficiently, and I received clear communication throughout.

Angela Tapedza made me feel so comfortable and safe with her low arousal tone, soft accent and pace. Her voice made me feel like she was there, comforting me through it all. She asked all the right questions, and anything I was uncomfortable with, she provided me with options such as it's up to you if you answer it and what you would like to say. - Thank you, Angela Tapedza, for being amazing! You are definitely in the right job, and Smart Clinic are lucky to have such a kind and knowledgeable person on their team.

Great service- I am an employee who was referred.
From referral the customer service team were excellent, there was an issue with my online consent and I was worried about phoning - the women's telephone manner put me at ease straight away. On the actual appt the Dr was fantastic, I never felt judged at all and felt at ease, any questions I had were answered honestly and with consideration. The whole process was very quick. I received my report within 24hrs of appt. It was accurate and very helpful in terms of returning to work and suggested supports.
Online via video call worked really well. It still felt personal and 'safe'.

I was impressed with the ease of booking an appointment through the app and being seen via video on the same day. My clinician was friendly and helpful and took a full medical history- recommending me for future face-to-face appointments. I have been assured these will be booked near to my home address and within 2-3 days. I would highly recommend this company.

They called at the exact time as specified, all appropriate checks were done and explained what would be covered in the call - the Occupational Health officer was clear and overall was an excellent experience

Awful, condescending, rude and do not admit mistakes. Do not go near them. I would not recommend them at all
