Very Helpful Assessment
The Lady was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing and safety at work and asked if I needed anything in place that could help me.She listened to every thing I had to say about my health and was very helpful.

Friendly staff who care for the individual
Friendly staff who are for the individual ans release everyone is not the same and some people need longer to do things.tgey offered telephone or video calls. They also let you see the report before releasing it and will only release it with your permission.

A disappointing meeting
The meeting looked like a medical assessment to my condition and decide if I was fit to work or not. Do i think about taking my life or do i take daily walks outside the house !!! Nothing to do with my issues and try to help resolving them

Great experience

Occupational Health Assessment
I was referred for an Occupational Health Assessment by my employer following my return to work after major surgery, and the experience was genuinely reassuring. My assessor, Clare Davidson, was excellent throughout. She created a comfortable and supportive environment where it was easy to speak openly, and within minutes it felt like I was talking to someone I could trust rather than a formal official. Clare assessed my situation professionally and fairly, and the recommendations she provided to my employer were both thoughtful and reasonable. Overall, the process was handled with care, and it made a big difference during my recovery.
