Smart Clinic helped write a good report to my employer about my knee injury.They were thorough and informative, also suggested I do less hours till I had fully recovered

The lady who interviewed me was friendly,sensible and knew her job.

Whilst my case was very complex, I felt understood and listened to.

The report developed shows that the reviewer paid attention and looked through some of the specifics that I explained but did not have the words for.

I attended a smart clinic occupational health assessment at the request of my employer. I was anxious and nervous in advance of the (online video)meeting but I was put at ease quickly by Maggie. It felt supportive and i was given plenty of time. I felt that I was listened to. Maggie sought clarification and checked her understanding throughout to make sure she understood my situation. I would recommend to anyone in similar position.

I am happy to give 5 stars to the professional Occupational Health nurses here. They are truly neutral, professional, and clearly uphold their medical ethics in every interaction. Specifically, Nyasha and Rachel both deserve 5 stars 🌟 for their care and conduct.
The only downside to my experience was the administrative side regarding my Subject Access Request (SAR). I would have liked a more helpful and friendly response to my request for data access rights under GDPR; unfortunately, the communication from the office was quite abrupt and unpleasant at the end.
Nonetheless, I am rating the OH nurses here based on their clinical excellence and not the DPO's office. If you are seeing Nyasha or Rachel, you are in very safe and ethical hands.

Made things clearer and emphasised the importance of staying with the advice, tips and coping mechanisms to stay on track to full recovery.
