Got back to me very promptly, good information, an earlier appointment was offered but I was unable to take that so I was advised that the next available appointment wasn't for a few weeks, invoicing also very prompt. Very good communication.

Testers arrived on time.
2 testers were very efficient and kept to the time slots, one took longer and the employees attending (who had been given an individual time slot and had to travel to the testing location) were waiting and started to build up, causing issues with the workflow in the factory.
