Smart Clinic was so easy to use
Smart Clinic was so easy to use, and having WhatsApp as a way to communicate made everything really straightforward. I spoke with Kerry and she was absolutely wonderful – such a great manner, supportive, really listened and made the whole process so much easier and reassuring. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Great counselling support
I received much appreciated counselling support during difficult personal circumstances. Initial contact and administration was very speedy and effective. The counsellor I was assigned was very empathetic and helped me enormously.

Smart clinic Occupational Health Therapist
The OHT was very friendly, very professional. She made it quite clear that perhaps it will be necessary to see a specialist advisor face-to-face. We were on the phone for about an hour. She listened to my in-depth explanations, offering her feedback. All in all I felt she was empathetic and very understanding and aware of my situation. Report was very concise and this will go back to my employer for further action. It’s necessary when you’ve had an ongoing issue for the person discussing those issues, to listen, understand and be very concise with their feedback with possible ongoing treatment.
