Smith & Byford were easy to contact and attended my property. They fixed the problem in no time at all. I would highly recommend them.

My boiler needed repressurising, phoned Smith and Byford in the morning and by early afternoon engineer had been and fixed problem. I was impressed with speed of sorting the issue out and how pleasant the engineer was. Thank you!

This review is for my annual boiler and gas meter safety check. The engineer arrived within the time I requested and was really nice. He carried out the checks efficiently and everything moved was replaced. Very happy with the service.

The engineer was very perlite and did his job to a high standard telling me what part was he was ordering and that Smith and Byford would be intouch to let me know when he was coming to fit part

I phoned about the water pressure in my boiler that had dropped so I had no heating or hot water. This company was so efficient from the start, classed as an emergency the engineer arrived the same day and dealt with the problem quickly, an excellent service all round. Thank you.

Operative was really nice genuine friendly guy . He spent time methodically doing the check. Felt happy that he had done a good job!

I had no hot water I phoned Smith & Byford they were out early the next day and fixed it without any issues the engineer was great he was friendly and respectful of my home really good service and very impressed with how quickly they attended

Smith and byford carried out a full gas safety check at my flat. They did a very effective and helpful service. They arrived on time and worked quickly and left the kitchen area clean where they had worked. They noticed that the smoke alarm and thermostat were not working and replaced the same without extra charges which was great.
They had worked on the boiler over a year ago and they fixed a problem that another firm had overlooked with the installation.
I appreciate their clear friendly help with these issues.

It was just a gas safety check but engineer was on time,very polite, worked efficiently and listened to the questions I asked. Recommend Smith and Byford. Only complaint is they are difficult to get hold of. My phone won't let me go to their portal as it says it unsafe. 😒

Excellent service. I had no hot water and they came very quickly. The gentleman worked quickly and efficiently and told me he will come back to put a new piece on the radiator. I've always been happy with the jobs they do, no complaint at all.
