Good and bad. Replacement boiler good. Agreement to remove 30 year old not particularly working well large radiator. Your QC who came end of the day hot and bothered didn’t care what I said. Next day they drained it and that was it. Clarion told me to complain so I did your supervisor came out and immediately asked me what was happening as iv been here 30 years I know my house. He agreed it needed replacing and it was done. Thank you 🙏

I had my recent boiler service and Joshua spotted some faults and come back within a few days and fixed them. When he managed to get the parts He also fixed a broken radiator valve. I was very impressed with his can-do attitude.

They turned up and got straight to work on my gas meter They were hard working and very professional. They were a good team well pleased thanks

The smith and Byford engineer arrived bang on time. Got straight to work turned out he was a Chelsea fan like me so we spent the whole time talking about Chelsea 😊 he was working whilst talking by the way! He was a lovely young man very polite and totally respectful. He would be welcome back anytime. Thank you

I had a Gas inspection few days ago to check my boiler as I didn’t have hot water as it keeps going hot and cold for about a year. I had carbon oxide in my back bedroom now it disappeared. I’ve got one in the dining room and I used to have one in the back bedroom upstairs but now it’s gone I'm not happy with that. I am deaf and partially blind and I can’t smell anything which it does frightened me:(

This appointment was scheduled for the annual service so can only comment on professionalism and was happy in that regard. The time frame was respected and the engineer was respectful and efficient.

Had a check up on the boiler the other day, the guy was really professional introducing himself. Checked everything throughly, explained a couple of things. Really was impressed. I have never had one bad person when checking the yearly check.

They removed part of the cupboard that houses the boiler in my kitchen, finished the job and left the property. A week later when cleaning the cupboard it almost fell off the wall as they had removed a strengthening piece of wood and had not replaced it, i am a 70year old disabled man, When i contacted Smith and Byford I was told it was my problem and NOT there’s. I gave them one star ⭐️ that’s to good for them. They are useless.

Would not want a thug like the driver on the M3 who drove at speeds in excess of 90 mph dangerously to be let loose in our home. We watched him intimidate a red Mercedes and it's a wonder there wasn't an accident. He travelled forcing his way from lane to lane from Junction 4 and then onwards M27 to South west where we lost him. Driving with one hand on the steering wheel with mobile in the other. We have sent dash cam to the authorities.

Came to do gas safety check today totally incompitent wont call him an engineer as he left me with no boiler had no equipment to check for gas leak just to picture but on his notes said everything done his name is charles when they give you 24hrs you are to just sit at home and wait but we have ti work to pay bills they will not just send a quick text or phone call to give you chance to be home absolutley aweful service from them today as i states the so called engineer to do my gas safety check did not go and test my gas meter for any leaks because he did not have equipment took a picture instead opened up my dump valve do not know if he knew he had done that even got my partner to sign and left partner went in kitchen no pressure in boiler and leaking water in back garden

Great, am appointment & arrived nice and early and finished by 9.30am really pleased and gent was very polite.
