I am extremely disappointed with the Sophie Conran Online Shop. My order was cancelled three times, each time citing that the items were no longer in stock. After my first order was cancelled, I noticed that most of the items I had ordered were still listed as available online, so I placed the order again. It was cancelled once more.

This all happened within a two-week period, and it appears that if even one item in your order is unavailable, the entire purchase gets cancelled. The same thing happened a third time: the order was cancelled, yet the items still showed as available online.

This is both disappointing and extremely unprofessional. This is not the level of service I expected, and I will not be shopping here again.

I ordered for the first time during the sales and 5 days later received an email telling me I'd been refunded. A few hours later an email arrived from customer services to tell me that due to an issue none of the items I'd ordered were available and to "have a lovely day".
The fact that the fault lies entirely with the company and now I'm left without any of the items (presents for teachers incidentally which I'm now having to race around trying to replace) has resulted in me being left totally disappointed and let down. There was no attempt to rectify this, no offer of anything, no goodwill, nothing. Just sorry and have a lovely day. This was the first time I'd ordered from the website and my husband and I very nearly purchased the yellow striped sofa but I'm so glad we didn't because if I'm spending that sort of money I need to know that the company is reliable and responsive to customers' concerns. Really disappointed. And I should add that I really enjoy the little newsy updates, recipes etc. that are sent out. But I think in some ways this just makes my disappointment more acute because I'd expected so much more.

Just got a 3-seater Coco sofa, and it's been a great experience from discovery to delivery. Nadia was brilliant - I visited their showroom in London, and was given all the details I needed about the various options available, with lots of fabric samples to take away. Delivery team was great too. Can't fault anything.. Sofa is massively comfortable - feels very well made - looking forwards to nights in!

I've coveted these beautiful Sophie Conran Sofas on Instagram for some time. When I recently bought a property to renovate into an exclusive-use luxury boutique country house, I knew these were the sofas! I ordered a custom-sized 8-seater corner sofa and two love seats and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience! The team turned around my custom order within just under three weeks and delivered everything to Scotland without a hitch.

A special thank you to Nadia and her customer service team, who were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. She made everything so smooth and stress-free. The delivery team were also lovely, ensuring everything was set up perfectly in my home.

The Magnolia fabric love seats and the Barley corner sofa are simply gorgeous and exceeded all my expectations. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The fabric is beautiful, and the frames are very solid. I highly recommend Sophie Conran Sofas for their exceptional products and outstanding service!

My order was dealt with and arrived really quickly. Everything was well packaged.

I have 2 mugs that are not fit for purpose as when trying to drink out of them, the drink dribbles down the sides.
I have had a live chat and informed that they won’t replace for something different. Very unsatisfactory

We are swooning over our new loveseat sofa. It's gorgeous and so beyond comfortable. They have nailed it.

We also had a wonderful customer service experience from start to finish. Given that we live in the US, I expected it all to be more complicated, but it was easy.

I have been a keen collector of Sophie Conrans Cookware & Dinnerware Service. Having spent more than a few thousand pounds over the years collecting a large amount. Recently, one of their glass lidded pans (really not cheap to purchase) exploded in my oven, the glass lid. I was very lucky not to have been injured by this. Really didn’t expect this to happen with such a high end brand. I contacted Sophie Conran’s Customer Service and although very polite absolutely no offer of any replacement lid or recompense at all. I would have to purchase a full new pan with lid. Due to me not having an Order number. I explained I have purchased items at various shops and also sent photos of my vast collection stored on my dresser. They resolved my issue by telling me to phone Portmeirion. Even though this was their brand Sophie Conran. I really wish I had chosen another Designer Brand now to be a loyal customer. Really not a way to treat a loyal customer who has spent thousands over a faulty glass lid with photos of proof of the lid. I have asked them to contact Portmeirion on behalf but I’m not holding my breath.

I ordered some bedsheets which were lovely with a scalloped edge. They were so good I have now ordered the matching duvet covers. Really good quality and washed up perfectly.
