Easy to order exactly what we needed - we designed our own deep base ottoman double bed with anti slip top, without a mattress or headboard. The bed arrived very promptly.
Linen facing lovely and all the bed is manufactured neatly with attention to detail.
Great underbed storage and easy to left up to access.
Definitely recommend Sosoftbeds for any bedding requirements.

I’m so glad I trusted the positive reviews and went with SoSoft Beds. Adam was exceptional—friendly, highly knowledgeable, extremely patient, and went above and beyond to help me with everything from product specs to selecting color swatches. Despite how busy he was, his communication was fast and reliable. To top it off, the delivery team was fast, efficient, and handled the installation seamlessly. An outstanding choice of beds
An outstanding choice of beds. Extremely accommodating to individual needs, I was able to talk to Adam on the phone several times during the whole process, I did chase him up about delivery but he got back to me and we resolved that issue. Any issues others may have had with customer service, please bare with him, he is working on this, its well worth any frustration you may have, after talking to him regarding this, he is working towards rectifying this. The beds are extremely well made. couldn't be more impressed with it.

I couldn’t be happier with this bed. The quality is outstanding and it feels extremely well made and sturdy. I chose the Premium Fabric in the Pumice colour, and it looks absolutely beautiful in person. The fabric has a luxurious feel, and the colour adds a warm, elegant look to the bedroom.
A special thank you to Adam, who provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.
The bed arrived very well packaged, ensuring everything was protected during delivery. The delivery driver also assembled the bed, which was a huge bonus and made the process completely hassle-free.

The guys from sosoftbeds worked very quietly and efficiently and professionally. They installed my bed on a Sunday and did a fantastic job of dismantling my old adjustable bed and getting my new one up and it's beautiful, I had two wonderful nights sleep which I haven't had in a while due to several illness that I have. 2/5 – Poor communication, quality concerns
Update (25 June): Since this review, I agreed to have their team come and fix this. A week later, no one has been sent, and the company has gone completely silent.
Original review:
The communication throughout this order was genuinely poor. Despite confirming the bed was ready, I had to chase repeatedly for a delivery date, was promised updates that never came, and the timeline was never made clear from the outset.
On top of this, I’ve noticed loose staples on the headboard frame with sharp edges exposed. For a purchase of over £1,000, I expected better quality control and finishing.
The product has potential but the experience and finish let it down significantly. Would think carefully before ordering again.

Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil your request to reduce the charge for changing your bed base to the padded version. As previously advised, this process involves collecting the bed, disassembling it, removing the existing material, re-padding the base, reassembling it, and delivering it back to you. These are the costs reflected in the quotation we have provided.
As we currently use third-party service providers for collections, transport, and upholstery work, we are unable to reduce these costs. If it were within our control, we would be happy to accommodate your request without hesitation.
Our priority is always to keep our customers happy, and we do our best to accommodate requests wherever possible. On this particular occasion, however, we are unable to meet your request due to the costs and processes involved.
As your bed was manufactured and supplied according to the original order, we are unable to accept responsibility for a change in preference after delivery.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience.

They advertise a 2-week delivery timeframe for beds, yet I've been waiting over 17 days for samples alone. If they can't manage that, I have little confidence in their ability to deliver an actual order. Customer service is unreachable by phone or email. I won't be placing a bed order with them.

Excellent service from start to finish!
From our order to delivery to putting the bed together, which was surprisingly easy with the online instructions, the customer experience has been a wholly positive one. We built our own bed from the choices available on their website and got exactly what we wanted and saved hundreds of pounds on the big suppliers!

Great customer service
Although delivery took a little longer than expected customer service was great. Even when we were in a panic trying to install i got a very quick response back and even a phone call to talk through assembly.

Bed base good quality but the poor…
Bed base good quality but the poor driver had to work on his own which if it wasn’t for my husband being home the bed would of been still outside not the drivers fault

Great bed
Love our bed deeper storage is fantastic and bed looks great . The only thing I would say was communication is poor and trying to get on phone is difficult always said mail box full. Adam did call me back and confirmed delivery date which was crucial to our purchase . Stop letting yourselves down be more interactive with your customers. Delivery was excellent and guys called to say when they would arrive .

Super impressed
We purchased a deep base std double side opening ottoman (with mattress) and are super impressed with the quality and service provided. Delivery time was as expected and good communication throughout (delivery guys were helpful and friendly too). Tempted to buy another one for the other bedroom - would recommend.

Why is no one responding/no delivery
Why is no one responding ? And where is our bed that we purchased?
No response on WhatsApp, live chat or social media accounts. Put in a preferred delivery day also as this is the only week we are off and no delivery or update to it whatsoever.
