Bed great.
Requested preferred date and this was ignored . Tried to contact both sososoft beds and acme delivery to change it but no answer. Luckily my daughter was able to be at the property. Driver brought wrong head board but delivered it 3 days later. Communication wasn't very good

Your preferred date should have been respected, and not being able to reach us or Acme Delivery when you needed to make changes is simply not acceptable. We also apologise for the incorrect headboard being delivered initially. While we're glad it was rectified within 3 days, this error shouldn't have happened in the first place, and we understand this added unnecessary inconvenience.

Buy the Best..Ultimate Luxury.
We have been looking for an ottoman electric lift king sized bed for some time and found this company who offered what we wanted.
As we are getting older we wanted a bed that was large enough to take our items so ordered the 50cm larger size and wanted electric remote lift opening option for ease of use.
We took delivery yesterday and are delighted.
The construction is high end with good quality materials and components so should last a long time, the materials used in the colour option are also high end, we chose the Warrick range from the samples that we pre ordered and you can feel the quality in this also.
Delivery from Acme Delivery/removal of old base & packaging was on time and communication was also great. The prices were very keen considering what we have received and we will have no hesitation in ordering another product from So Soft Beds. So if you are like us we certainly recommend this supplier and buy with confidence.

Amazing bed, lacking communication
Ordering a custom bed was easy and I received confirmation by email straight away. Everything was smooth sailing for the first week however wait time was longer than stated; by over a week. I was phoned by company once to arrange delivery however I missed the call and they did not leave a message or try to phone again. I then tried to message and email to arrange delivery but received no response. Eventually I did manage to get a call back days later (after phoning twice) and delivery was arranged for 3 days following. Bed was brought up to the bedroom and everything was great. Easy to assemble and great quality all round. Would definitely purchase again despite the issues with communication

I bought a double ottoman bed with a headboard and gel topped mattress. I was impressed with the customer service I received, and was helped in choosing the right bed for me. The delivery drivers were excellent. If I was to buy anything else, I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Great quality beds with extra benefits
We ordered two beds, a single and a double ottoman with extra storage and yhey are everything we hoped. The extra height ottoman makes it easier to get out of bed (yes, we're starting to get to a more mature age) and provides a lot more storage.
We also ordered a bedhead which wasn't with the beds. No problem, we were back in touch with the company and it was here within a few days, no hassle.

Great experience from start to finish, bed was delivered and erected but unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with one of the cables, but this was quickly resolved with good communication and help, at the end a small discount was offered for any inconvenience, good business the way it should be done !

An excellent company for electric beds
Love the bed and I loved the price as it was cheaper than others l looked at. I am now sleeping like a baby , It’s perfect for my COPD as I can now sleep comfortably so it helps me with my breathing with the adjustment of the bed. I also love to use it with the massage feature I can lay down and feel relaxed. So I would like to thank the staff for all their support and patience.

Quality beds
Quality of the beds is really good and being able to customise the bed to a deeper depth means that your able to fit big suitcases under.
The mattress I ordered was delayed in transit and unfortunately had to wait till after my holiday to be delivered, but the agent was really supportive and rearrange the deliver to a time and date that suited me.
Living in an apartment, the delivery driver was really helpful in getting the bed to the room.

We ordered an End Lift Kingsize super Deep Ottaman bed from So Soft Beds and despite having to change to a side opening bed due to bedroom doorway access , we feel So Soft Beds deserve a 5 Star Rating for producing a great product and efficient customer service that went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
