Outstanding service from Jenny – highly recommended!
Jenny couldn’t have done any more to get our cruise booked. She went above and beyond when Princess Cruises’ systems blocked our booking, finding a workaround by completing it as two back-to-back cruises rather than one 14-night cruise. Her determination, knowledge and commitment were exceptional.
Jenny kept me informed every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful process feel easy and reassuring.
She also booked us a second cruise for 2028, which was far simpler, but once again provided outstanding service, advice and attention to detail.
Jenny is a real credit to the company. Service at this level isn’t easy to find, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to book a cruise.

our experience dealing with Southampton…
our experience dealing with Southampton cruise centre was excellent. we had issues with our bank transfer. Rebecca Kyte was excellent and managed to get our cabin on hold for 5 days. Only one issue was our transfer from cruise port to airport inn barcelona was not there and we had a lot of stress to find a taxi to take us to the airport.

Next Cruise Booking.
Just booked our next cruise using the services of the Southampton Cruise Centre. Our contact was Jacqueline Davis, now we have to say she had the patience of a saint, she was just fantastic.
As with every business it's the people that make it and Jacqueline did not let them down.
Unfortunately, we could not make up our mind what we actually required, but with several options and changes, Jacqueline found us a nice comfortable solution, well worth 5* just for patience!
