The company has not responded to my complaint. I turned the light on and the bulb exploded breaking really thick glass shade plus having glass all over the room they were a matching pair of lights which cannot be replaced their products are not safe do not buy anything from Status.

I bought a powerbank (portable phone charger) which just did absolutely nothing. Complete waste of money

Danger! Danger! Status International 30w 135mA compact fluorescent low energy lamp. Fitted brand new above the bed of my 95 year old father. IT CAUGHT FIRE!!! I wrote to Status, they replied asking for a photograph. I sent the photograph. They never responded. I sent several follow up reminder emails but they never replied. This company is irresponsible and their products are dangerous. DO NOT USE!!

Brought 2 different size electric under blankets one single one double couldn't believe it when I opened the boxes to find out that the double one is same size as single one and £15 dearer I will never buy from here again what a rip off

Very disappointed with my response from this company when I reported a defective Smoke Alarm on December 20th. Had the unit just three weeks and about once a week it would sound with no obvious cause. Most annoying, but luckily never at night. Took the details (model no. batch no. etc) from the back of the unit and contacted Status International via email. They replied saying they would forward my email to the technical department who said they would check their current units. That was it. No apology, no replacement, no refund. No further contact. Not the ideal way to treat customers.

I have not dealt with company direct but have emailed so will see if they deal with the matter there G9 bulb has just exploded in my sitting room and has left glass everywhere and has damaged my whole light and has smashed a thick glass shade i will have to replace 2 matching ceiling lights now as they are not able to be purchased anymore, expensive outing.

We recently purchased 3 SUSBTVMCL. ST-9.
These are USB powered mood lighting for the Smart TV.
Spent weeks chasing sales regarding enquiry to why all 3 units will not dim the light function on the remote control.
Sales promised to chase it up with the QA dept.
Bearing in mind these are only £10 each they were intended to be used on 3 Smart Tv sets which are considerably more expensive you can see what the outcome will be.
Things got to a point where upon during use the TV would show up "USB overload" message.
Received an email several days ago asking me how I use the lights?.
I mean it's not that difficult you plug them in via USB socket and choose a colour and they are designed for the colours to be changed via remote.
So they will not dim they are as though they are set with only variation is choice of colour.
Still no viable answers from the QA dept so they have all been removed its not with the risk of damage to the TV sets.

I don’t know this company as such but I bought a load of their Status 42W=55W SES E14 small screw cap 630 lumen halogen clear candle bulbs from one of their suppliers. I have the bulbs in 6 walls lights around the living room and have read that you should expect around 2000 hours from a halogen bulb. I have got through 10 bulbs in less than 3 months which I think is ridiculous. I tried sending them a note via there contact page on their website to ask for their comments and have heard nothing!
