I'm writing a second review just because I have to let all cat lovers know how fantastic this product is. I bought my 2nd order of basket. Another one for my Chinchilla Cat Tao and one to give my sister for her 2 cats. Today I delivered to her cats. My sister and I were talking in kitchen and low and behold her cat was in the basket on landing of staircase. Sitting quietly,comfortably while the other cat Daisy waiting patiently by to get in. So I here to inform I'm about to order a second one for her other cat. By the way Tao has 2 and he uses them both in different locations. He also bites on the knotted cord attached to basket. It's so hard to find things these cats like. I have mine over a month and Tao uses it everyday. I wouldn't think of buying a knockoff and wasting my $. I have found these other websites take pictures of the original item and what you get is nothing like itYou really do get what you pay for! This company deserves 5 stars and then some. Their customer service is great! I hope they come out with more products because this is a winner! I know this review seems like I work for the company, but the truth is I'm just a customer that loves Cats!

My two cats starting sleeping in their new beds within 24 hrs. My only issue is that our large cat (I purchased him the large size) is sleeping in our little cat's bed, haha. I hope they start using them as scratchers soon.

Disabled kitties love them too
I know the baskets are a little pricey but I have a disabled cat and she quit using her cat trees and scratching posts and I thought maybe this might do the trick and but I was a little leery whether she would get in the little basket so I put her in it so she could smell and she instantly lay down and fell asleep and stayed in it all day and all night I was incredibly impressed a little baskets very well made I think we're both going to enjoy this I love watching her in it it's so cute

Basket is expensive but great!
Basket is expensive but came in time, and both cats love it from the first day on. Luca my male is resting often in the basket, and Chiara my female is scratching a lot inside, I’ve never seen her yet but I’ve heard it 🤣. I hope now she will stop scratching the furniture 🤪

Just received my Stimulicat basket-disappointed
Just received my Stimulicat basket. The cushion smells bad.. I was expecting it to be in a box but instead it was in a very small package folded up tightly. I don’t know if I can ever get it to reshape itself like it shows in the pictures. I took my own pictures of what the basket looks like and very, very disappointed. Shoddy workmanship. For 80+ dollars it’s not worth it.

I cancelled my order within 90 minutes…
I cancelled my order within 90 minutes of ordering it and received no reply until the following day informing me that they couldn't cancel it because they'd already shipped it. If they are using 'instant fulfillment software' this is nothing but sharp practice, not so much about making sure the customer gets their order promptly but about closing the window for customers to have second thoughts and cancel. I mean, really. 90 minutes after ordering and 'we're sorry, there's nothing we can do?' It's the kind of rip off you expect from giant companies, which makes the 'we're small and care about you' stuff feel even more offensive. So now stuck with a very expensive rope cat basket, unless I want to pay for international shipping myself.

Mon chat a 5 ans. J’ai essayé beaucoup de choses et jamais il n’avait considéré l’objet (panier/jeu). Et là miracle. Il a toute de suite fait quelques essais pour faire ses griffes dans le panier et puis sieste bien calé. Ça fait plaisir de lui avoir (enfin) fait plaisir.

My cat likes to sit in on the floor in the hallway where he can see everything. I decided to try the mat for him to lay on and hopefully keep his nails in good shape. He layed next to it for a week. Suddenly, he was laying on the mat and has been on it ever since..even playing with the attached ball. We are both very happy! Considering where it ships from, it's arrival was timely.
