Supershuttle Reviews

No hassle way to start a vacation. Didn't have to get up extra early to drive and park my own car. Drops us off at the perfect spot to check in. loaded and unloaded heavy bags for us. we were treated like royalty.

Super shuttle gave us the best price and was willing to address any questions I had. The driver was on time and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Timely pickup and a very courteous and personable driver.

My driver was great very helpful with my bags on time and great conversation

I use this service every time I travel to this area for f the country. They are always professional, on time and I think they’re the best in the business.

Arriving from an international flight with 9 traveling together. The pick-up was seamless (given the variable delays through immigration and customs) as the driver reached out, waited until we were just about ready to leave and moved to a spot in front of the terminal. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, and Vince was super helpful with all of our bags. I'd highly recommend Super Shuttle!

The service was exceptional on time clean ride and safe driver's and friendly and professional.service with a smile.💯🙏🙏😎

We were concerned the car may not show up due to early a.m. pick up time. To our surprise, the car showed up even before schedule, very professional and clean.

Driver and experience was excellent. Updates were excellent. The only disappointment was that their document stated that price includes driver gratuity which is false. Found this out when discussing with driver. I don't believe drivers know about this and probably wonder why they don't get tips. So please tip, these drivers don't make much money. FYI I am not associated in any way with this service.

The driver is very friendly and accommodating

Super Shuttle is a great service that provides outstanding and convenient service. They take the time to provide personal service and ensures your trip goes as planned. Paige in the dispatch is always willing to help and go above and beyond in making your trip smooth!

SuperShuttle is really the way to go. Yes, there are other ride share companies out there but you pay for the service and excellent reputation and why I consistently use and recommend SuperShuttle for trips to the airport. Yes, I can drive myself to the airport but why add to an already stressful situation with traveling and let SuperShuttle take away one less thing to worry about.

Always on time and very reliable. Thank you!

On time , courteous , efficient service

Driver was super friendly, knowledgeable and a good driver. Nice vehicle and fresh snacks with cold bottle of water.

Ordered an ExecuCar from LAX. Our driver, Martin, was professional, clean, and polite. The car was in excellent condition as well. The driver communicated well and was responsive too. Excellent service.

We have never used a shuttle service before as we usually rent vehicles on vacation. I am beyond impressed with the service of this company and its employees. The service was very easy to book and our driver was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!
