Supershuttle Reviews

The driver arrived early and was waiting for me when I came out the door. He was a great driver and the car was very clean and well maintained. I will use this service when I am returning to LA.

Exceptional concierge service. Beautiful vehicles. The Driver was prompt, professional and courteous.
We felt like celebrities! Transportation was more like a relaxing experience rather than a burden! I would 100% recommend!

Everything went super-smoothly. Very clear arrival instructions, super-friendly and efficient driver, very smooth ride.

The driver, vehicle and on time service. Third time using the service and each experience has been excellent.

Super friendly and helpful driver, very clean vehicle, I will use this service again.

This was the first time we’ve used Super Shuttle. We just moved in Nebraska last year. Their pricing was excellent. Both drivers were on time kind and courteous, and we would gladly use them again.

My plane was about 30 minutes late. The driver waited which she didn't have to do. It was greatly appreciated.

Larry was on time, considerate, and even had cold water and snacks.

My transportation was great and I would recommend using Supershuttle but somehow you sent 2 reservations to Transportation Plus and I had to cancel my return trip and rebook. When I rebooked I lost 10% discount from my earlier reservation. I didn't get a good reason as to why I had to rebook.

Service from driver was exceptional. He was helpful, with collecting our luggage and a very safe driver.

I have been using Super Shuttle for several years and have always enjoyed excellent service.

Our driver William arrived on time in a beautiful vehicle and was a friendly great driver. He assisted us with our belongings like a pro

The reservation was easy to make online, the driver came on time, he helped with my luggage at both the pickup and drop off points, and I was at the airport in good time. Thank you!

Nestor was awesome.

Driver in time. Very friendly . Perfect service as usual

The driver was right on time, and picked up my luggage and put it in the vehicle for me and got me to the airport safe and sound. I would highly recommend Super shuttle for their awesome Customer Service and their drivers which are very professional and kind. Great experience!!
