1. I had a problem I couldn’t solve.
2. Kerri at TEFFONT listened to my plea and was able to arrange a professional diagnosis with clear charging structure for professional repair.
3. Darren, the engineer,attended as promised and was able to confirm the problem diagnosis and use his expertise and experience to effect a repair.
4. I was kept informed of progress by e mail and paid the same day on receipt of invoice.

Really wonderful experience for me.I had expect a home call out to sort my colour laser printer would be out of my price bracket and had tried sorting it myself - but at a fixed inclusive price for the call out I felt it was good value. Darren was straight forward an incredibly obliging. The problems I had were frequent paper jams in boot the paper feed and the document feed, a false signal that my toner bin needed replacing, and an inability to work wirelessly. He told me what he was doing so some of the things I will be able to do in future and factory reset the printer allowing me to reinstall the software which now works perfectly.

Excellent service from start to finish.Kerri was my initial contact at Teffont, and she was extremely helpful and efficient in her job, and organised everything without any fuss. Really appreciated that. Also a technician was out the next morning to fix my printer. He was very knowledgeable and efficient too.The printer was up and running, and service very quickly, allowing the office to function again. The price was pretty competitive too, so nothing but praise for all at Teffont. I would highly recommend this company.

Really some of the worst customer service ever received. Just needed to get a printer repaired, 3 engineers and almost 2 months down the line, last engineer says probably need a new printer that's after making us spend over £300 pound on a printer worth £1000. Now they are just not replying and all we are asking is meet us halfway give us options to move forward cause spending that amount and getting no joy is a bit of a problem. Very unhappy would not use these guys, feedback and customer care is a none priority. Still struggling to just get a reply and i have not even asked for a refund, just lets try meet halfway and make a plan to get me printing again. Please go read many other unhappy customer reviews on here, all the stories are strangely very similar so not an isolated problem it would seem. Initial Service from Kerri was amazing but after 3 visits and pay so much they have now gone all quite and wont reply and wont give feedback.

Darren Newman , the engineer that came out to us, was very friendly, efficient.and extremely thorough.
Kerri Wall , Sales Consultant, was very informative, knowledgeable and fantastically helpful. Her reassurance to me that we could sort out our plotter issue , in a somewhat stressful time, was very much appreciated and allowed us to deliver our projects on time.
From my first call to receiving the part and then it being fitted was a remarkable quick turn around, of which I am impressed and extremely grateful.

Great Customer service and straight forward honest answers.
Kerri Wall dealt with my query and was very efficient , being in customer service for 30 years you notice these things, very quick and answered all my questions and give me precise information as to when I would get an engineer out. Next day infact!
Paul McCormick came out and was really good, we are in a business in a remote area and he found us straight away and got straight to work .
Unfortunately it was beyond repair and Paul said straight away it wasn't worth even getting a second hand one as there were no parts available anymore it was an old printer with no serviceable parts but worth a try as I had a lot of inks left.
Great service would use again
Very pleased with the engineer, Rob, who attended and fixed the printer very efficiently. Now have a "blob-free" printer which is just like new. Would highly recommend the company without hesitation.
I had my first connection with Teffont Business Systems today (to place an order for a printer part) and was lucky enough to have the phone answered (on the first ring) by your Sales Consultant Megan Phelps.
Megan is a credit to your Company - she was fast, efficient, let me know exactly what I needed to know (including after she consulted with a Company engineer) and took payment quickly and without fuss.
I had all my questions (re delivery etc) answered and Megan has suggested that if I am unable to fit the part myself then someone at Teffont can advise me after delivery. I wish all sales staff was as good as Megan!

From the time he arrived, Darren was optimistic about the situation with my Laser Printer. I had foolishly tried to print on vinyl.. which was now embedded in the fuser unit. "Dont Worry.. I should be able to sort it out"
He skillfully stripped the printer down and tried several things before managing to get it working again. It was his dogged "Can Do" attitude that impressed. So often an engineer will suck through his teeth and shake his head, and then give up after a first attempt. Not once did he tell me i had done something stupid (which we both knew i had) - Thanks Teffont and Darren
Our copier broke down & I needed to sort it out quickly ! I came across the Teffont website and asked to be contacted. Kerri Wall phoned me within minutes & arranged for an engineer to be with us the next day. Darren Newman arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly & explained it to me. Unfortunately the problem could not be fixed but I received a very competitive quotation for a new, more suitable copier, the next day. First time I have used this company. Excellent customer service from Kerri and engineer visit from Rob. No hesitation in recommending them.
Arranging for the engineer to call was fairly effortless. Everything went to plan. I was notified in good time to expect delivery of the part required. The engineer was punctual, polite and efficient. He even asked if he should remove his footwear before entering the house. He set about the task of replacing the part quietly and efficiently and cleaned up at every stage. The place was cleaner when he left than it had been when he arrived. Altogether a positive experience. The visit was a couple of months ago and my Dell printer has been working like clockwork ever since.
