I cannot recommend Mat at Teffont enough. I had a printer issue and within the hour, he took the time to phone me and walk me through my problem. After trawling through endless HP support threads and Reddits, I couldn't for the life of me find a fix.
His suggestion was something I'd never have considered, but it was so simple and fixed the problem. Something that had caused me weeks of stress was fixed within a 5 minute phone call with Mat!

This was the third business I contacted to get my printer repaired. The first two didn't respond at all. DSG got back to me within a couple of hours, and arranged for an engineer to visit the following day. Once I'd received the necessary spare part, DSG again booked me in for the next day. Everyone I've had contact with in the company has been friendly and helpful, and provided a fast and efficient service.

Our charities printer kept throwing a paper jam error. Contacted this company and they sent an engineer the next day. Steve sorted the issue, cat hair from our rescue cats. So impressed with the service from this company, 24 hours from first contact to problem fixed. Highly recommended.

We were delighted to hear that the business had taken over clients from our previous Printer Repairers (who had gone into debt Administration).
Teffont even offered to carry our a lost service visit that we had already paid their predecessors for - free of charge !!
Their engineer arrived on time and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Definitely a company to trust and to use.

After a brief panic I was was reassured on my booking. Ian, head of operations updated me to this new company takeover from previously Teffont.
He was very polite, informative and arranged for technician Lee to visit at my home address which is where the printer was located.
I was informed that technician Lee would arrive late due to previous job, which these days is pretty rare, Lee arrived as promised and very knowledgeable to the printer. Everything checked and confirmed working normally with just a couple of replacement feed rollers needed.
Would definitely use this company again for printer repair and service.

We previously used Teffont for all our printer issues and were always very pleased with the service we received. Now they are DSG we have just experienced the same exceptional service. We called and spoke to Louise on 12th Feb 2025 and a service was arranged for the following day. Steve arrived promptly 1st thing in the morning and was quickly able to repair our Xerox printer and give us some handy hints on how to get better use from it in the future. All-in-all we will always go to DSG in the future if we have any further issues with our printer.

Updated review - Feb 2025
Our Zebra printer was with Teffont for repair in Nov 2024. Very sadly at the end of that month, they were closed down without any warning by their Owner. Whilst there was a worrying few weeks without contact (for legal reasons), DSG Teffont got in touch as soon as they could and resolved all the outstanding issues. Particular thanks to Ian and Paul.
I know a lot of Teffont's employees have worked for them for a long time and, with a new owner in DSG, are working very hard to put right the awful situation their previous owner left them in. Good luck to the team.
My Xerox printer from the office at work has been with these guys since October. Thus far, I have paid 2 invoices, they have the printer and do not respond to my calls or messages! They have made a series of blunders along the way, including trying to charge me twice for labour, ordering the actual new parts to my work place as opposed to their workshop, and exceeding the 7 day lay-off time that they quoted me as waiting for parts - it has now been a couple of months and I am still waiting.... A gentleman named Paul came to collect the parts from my office and was supposed to return the printer the next working day! I was receiving correspondence from Karen Fley and Ian Hodgeson via email and telephone, up until a few weeks ago and now they too do not respond. This is a work job and my employment is in jeopardy! I have gone as far as explaining this in a message to them, yet, no response whatsoever! I cannot believe this is happening, this day and age. This is criminal and any potential customer needs to be aware of how these guys operate and how they will disengage with you - nothing short of thieves!!

It has taken several months, but I have the printer back in the office and the issue is now resolved. My thanks to Ian for picking up my job and getting the delivery arranged back to me.
